Overall very good, better than I remember Cunard. Food average on first leg, much better on second. Entertainment great especially Changez. Arrangements to meet us and transport us when we got off plane diabolical. Because I booked both cruises together I only got benefits once, others got them twice. The pool closure was a real disaster with no compensation. We were only told 3 days before we travelled. Nowhere to sit in sun. The job should have been done at refit months ago so we could have been offered alternatives, very devious. The men doing the job had known for months. Also air con in cabins replaced while on board. Overall good experience. Itinerary was ok but Belize was a poor choice. The ship itself was lovely with lots of social space. Food and staff were excellent. The only gripe I have is that the main pool area/flooring was out of service for 12 days due to essential maintenance. We were only told about this a couple of days before.
