Ok starting off with the land tour - we started in JFK. We'd arranged transportation through Iglu. We came to JFK to find a strange unknown number messaging me on WhatsApp with very broken English confirming my details. Then when the driver gets to JFK telling us different location points. It was a uber. It was a foreign member who did not speak English. Upon arrival eventually after trying to find him for 30 minutes in 35 degree heat, he came to us and asked 'Kira' My name is Rebecca. Driver complained about the safety aspect of this and so did we. Thank god i was with my husband. We had transportation arranged through Iglu 3 times throughout our holiday. In all 3 occasions this happened. Different names were provided, messages on WhatsApp that did not seem professional or legit and photos of cars that did not turn out to be the correct vehicles. Unnecessary stress. Getting to the ship our driver performed very illegal driving maneuvers driving on the wrong side of the road, hard shoulder, driving at speed etc all because he didnt want to be late for his next customer. Upon the embarkation everything went smoothly checking in etc. Staff were very efficient friendly. There was a 36 dollar gratuity tip put onto our credit card every day. We did not know this could be taken off. We even had 2 medical emergencies which required helicopter out to us to rescue all handled extremely well with the captain!

we had spacious inside cabin , the ship had amazing things to see and do on board the amount of places to eat was fabulous and the food was amazing and plenty of choice, shows and entertainment was the best I've seen. the staff are just the best you can ask for friendly informative and nothing was too much trouble we were spoilt. the ship was spotless where ever you went be it dinning the pool the shows your cabin or even going to promenade deck to shop the ship is so big I don't think we got around all of it in the time we were on board I would do it all again
