We had fantastic time on the cruise the food was amazing the only disappointment was the size of the swimming pools as we like to go swimming and can’t go swimming in plunge pools

I found the layout of the ship confusing and didn’t like the cabin. I stayed in a family balcony (solo) and failed to understand how more than one person could have stayed there comfortably. The cabin was small and the bathroom was non existent. Both shower and toilet opened directly in the room while sink was placed in the room by the bed. The food in the buffet was mediocre but improved in the main restaurant, however the specialty steak and french restaurants were very good. The shows were very good with excellent singers and dancers, I would highly recommend them. The ship itself was tired and to much like a butlins experience with big screen in middle of ship that was always playing like a tv station. There were no quiet lounge's to relax in and no all inclusive cafe where I could enjoy a coffee and a snack. I won’t book this ship again but won’t rule out trying Norwegian on a different younger ship.

Overall we really enjoyed the ship. It is lacking sea views from inside the ship. We longed for a lounge inside where we could sit in the early evening a d watch the waves. The food in all restaurants was great quality. We did come across some crew members with questionable customer service skills. Maybe they were in the wrong job. Overall we would sail the Epic again.
