E had our honeymoon on the epic 14 year ago and was still an impressive boat after so long. Showing signs of wear in the shower floor plans and a slight odour sometimes but not life threatening lol. I have to admit getting onto the boat wasn't to bad but the arguing trying to get into lifts was . Dont remember this previously but was stressful. Also getting off the same but only in the suitcase collection area. Absolute cattle market getting your cases from the belt but it is what it is. The boat itself food and entertainment was great and thats the important bit for me. Alcoholic drinks were very expensive so if you like several drinks every night it may be worth looking into the drinks package . Also if your thinking of upgrading to a balcony do it on the way to the ship if early morning as the prices really dropped but go quickly

I found the layout of the ship confusing and didn’t like the cabin. I stayed in a family balcony (solo) and failed to understand how more than one person could have stayed there comfortably. The cabin was small and the bathroom was non existent. Both shower and toilet opened directly in the room while sink was placed in the room by the bed. The food in the buffet was mediocre but improved in the main restaurant, however the specialty steak and french restaurants were very good. The shows were very good with excellent singers and dancers, I would highly recommend them. The ship itself was tired and to much like a butlins experience with big screen in middle of ship that was always playing like a tv station. There were no quiet lounge's to relax in and no all inclusive cafe where I could enjoy a coffee and a snack. I won’t book this ship again but won’t rule out trying Norwegian on a different younger ship.
