The service by some of the dining staff could have been better and our party had to send a couple of meals back due to coldness and getting orders wrong. One of the excursions we booked was rushed due to lateness of another NCL ship not leaving the port which meant the Glacier was rushed and we couldn’t do what we had planned to do and in fact the driver of the bus informed us if we were late back he would leave without us. In fact he set off but then stopped for people who said they couldn’t find the bus which wasn’t clearly marked. I was under the impression that if you booked a shore excursion with the cruise ship, you would not be left behind however this does not seem to be the case.
Although the Choir of Man and Beatles were excellent. The other entertainment I felt was below par compared to other ships i had been on. I also felt that that there was not enough to do in the day when we were at sea apart from spend money on deal or no deal or bingo. However, the beautiful sites of Alaska made up for it.
With regards to the ports, I would have preferred more time in them. especially Ketchikan. We were told we had to be on the last shuttle back to ship for for 11 o’clock which meant we couldn’t do the lumberjack show as we didn’t have time. This was a disappointment. However, my husband and brother went on a fishing excursion with the ship and did not arrive back till 12. 45 pm and informed us that there were people on his shuttle bus that had not booked any excursions they had just got on his bus and no one checked, so this was a bit annoying.
However we did have a great time on the whole and i felt that what we received for the price was very good value for money and i would cruise with NCL againRead More

Struggled to get a sun bed with umbrella as another ship had arrived before ours. Similarly only just managed to catch lunch in time. Queues for drink at Bacardi bar were ridiculous. The staff seemed very poor, so slow. So different than bar staff on board.
Impressed with the dining on board. Visited Garden Cafe, The Local and Taste and Savour regularly and were well satisfied. Also specialty dining in Cagneys, though very busy.
Enjoyed most of the entertainment on board.

Situated in Southern Belize, Harvest Caye is a private island visited by Norwegian Cruise Line cruises. Comprising a wide variety of attractions, from the breathtaking 7 acre beach to the thrilling Flighthouse zipline, all ages and tastes are catered for at this beautiful Caribbean island.
Things to do in Harvest Caye:
Flighthouse Zipline
If you’re looking for a thrilling activity whilst on the island, head to the Flighthouse. Standing at an impressive 136 feet tall, it’s home to an array of aerial activities - from quick jumps to zip lining across the island.
Cabanas
On the island you can rent a picturesque beachside cabana. Catering for up to 6 guests, by booking a cabana you’ll have access to not only a private area with lounge chairs and a bathroom, but a concierge food and beverage service.
Kayaking
Whilst on the island you can enjoy kayaking in the saltwater lagoon. A fun activity that the whole family will enjoy, it gives you beautiful views of the island, whilst giving you a chance to discover the local marine life from the comfort of a kayak.

Part of the Bay Islands to the north of Honduras, Roatan is a paradise of white beaches, clear-blue waters and a laid-back atmosphere. Little French Key is a highlight where you can swim, soak up the sun on the warm white sands, and then take a cable car up over the beach for breath-taking views around this tropical paradise. Meanwhile Mahogany Bay is popular for the beach, ziplining and snorkelling.
Things to do in Roatan Island:
Mahogany Bay
Mahogany Bay is lively with activities right at the port. After docking cruisers can head to the man-made beach to relax in the sun and dip in the sea, or rent an ATV and take a tour. For the adventurous, a zipline takes you across the lush canopy.
West Bay Beach
Beloved for its sunsets, the beautiful beach and fantastic water activities, West Bay Beach is a must visit during your time in Roatan Island. With lots of glass bottom boats, this stunning beach offers the perfect opportunity to relax and take in the scenery.
Gumbalimba Park
From macaws to iguanas and monkeys, this wonderful eco-adventure park is a popular attraction on the island. Opened in 2003, it’s filled with native plants and wildlife.
Puerto Costa Maya

Previously a fishing village, Puerto Costa Maya is a popular cruise port that’s situated alongside the beautiful, turquoise-coloured Caribbean Sea. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, from the jungle to the bustling town, this scenic destination is bound to please. Top attractions in the port include the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, Bacalar Lagoon and the Aviarus bird sanctuary.
Things to do in Puerto Costa Maya:
Mesoamerican Barrier Reef
When in Costa Maya, make sure to snorkel around the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef. A beautiful reef that spans 700 miles between Mexico, Guatemala, Belize and Honduras, it features an array of different coral and wildlife; including sharks and turtles.
Bacalar Lagoon
Although this is a drive from Costa Maya, if you have the time during your stop over, it’s well worth the effort. A beautiful lake, the Bacalar Lagoon is simply breathtaking. Plus, there’s the opportunity to enjoy a tube ride across it- what more could you ask for!
Aviarus bird sanctuary
Head to the incredible Aviarus Bird Sanctuary and discover an array of tropical birdlife from parrots to toucans. A wonderful way to spend an afternoon in the area, it’s popular with couples and families alike.

Cozumel is a real highlight of any tour of Mexico, Central America or the Caribbean. On this paradise island you can ride dune buggies, snorkel and scuba dive with a vast variety of sea life including sharks. As well as perfect for families, couples can retreat to a peaceful getaway with a relaxing massage on the beach.

Punta Sur Ecological Park
Bursting with beautiful flora, coral reefs and sandy beaches, Punta Sur Ecological Park is a haven for stunning nature. Take a dip in the vibrant waters and dive deep to discover the marine life, before enjoying a delicious lunch and a cold drink at the restaurants.
Chankanaab Beach Adventure Park
Visitors of all ages will love Chankanaab Beach Adventure Park thanks to its many activities on offer. Go below the surface and discover colourful fish, reefs and even underwater sculptures, watch the sea lion show or enjoy a massage by the beautiful lagoon.
Cozumel Pearl Farm

Applicable to guests 1-8 on the reservation for the entire length of the cruise. If 3-8 guest is under 21 years of age, Unlimited Open Bar Package does not apply, and soda package will not be given as a substitution.
