Car parking

Car parking at the port or airport is not included in the cost of your cruise, and this cannot currently be booked through Iglu Cruise. However, please contact us after you have made your booking if you would like to add this to your package, so we can discuss options. An approximate cost for parking during a cruise is around £12 to £20 per car per day. Alternatively, transfers can be arranged.

Excursions

If you would like to do any excursions/tours while docked these will be an additional charge. Excursions/tours can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package. Alternatively these can be bought while on the ship but may be more expensive than pre-booking.

We had a lovely time and thankfully have previously cruised with MSC had this of been our first experience I can safely say we wouldn't attempt a second time! The ship was tired with obvious damage in places for example, the mirrors in a few of the main lifts were held on with brown packaging tape!! The hot breakfast (sausage, bacon, fried egg, boiled egg, scrambled egg, omelette, roasted peppers, salted vegetables) were stone cold. They wouldn't have been any colder off they'd have been taken directly from a fridge. Sailing out of Italia one expects a few 'locals' to be aboard as a no fly cruise is appealing and cheaper, and this in itself wouldn't normally be a problem, however, unfortunately there was an influx with regular evidence of rude, misogynistic, obnoxious, behaviour which wasn't just noticed by us. Several loud daily arguments overpowered the entertainment and staff were screamed at! The staff morale seemed low but I would attribute this to the way they were being treated.

Horrendous Totally unsafe and overcrowded Worst cruse I’ve ever been on. My 4 yr old son had his foot crushed by metal ramp on the tender boat. We were not allowed to go to the nearest hospital and had to wait over an hour to get ‘permission’ from the captain to seek ‘appropriate’ medical help. Never travel on 15th August as apparently it was my fault for booking the business week when Italy had their main holiday hence their excuse for the mania, rudeness and overcrowding onboard Also no where safe for children to swim, and very salty sea water in all small pools
