Magic of Spain & Treasures of the Mediterranean from Majorca, 4 July 2026 (14 nights)

We had a real nightmare with 2 on the flights as they never put you together and we have to pay an extra hundred pounds to get together. It was my 60th birthday. You thought that it may be made the effort. It was an ok cruise. The food was adequate not the best at the entertainment was fantastic and the staff were amazing so therefore if the food would’ve been really good it would’ve been an absolute five star.

From the second we boarded the plane with ease and arrived at Corfu where we were met by Marrella staff pointing us towards our coaches very efficiently. Every thing was well organised and flowed. And we hadnt even got on the ship yet. Very pleased with ur staff. Ship was fantastic. I was how ever dissapointed with my room. I was told i was getting an extra large balcony room by the person who took my money over the phone as a sweetner. This although nice was a standard balony room so i had been led down the garden path . This is very bad in my books. Iwould say the market place lacked varied foods. U could have had a lot more choice. The restaurant at night was very good indeed(Lattitude) We kept the same table all week because the food and the service was excelent. We were served by Mark,Ryan,Adi and Blason who were fantastic to us. They made it a pleasure. 10/10 for them. They remembered our names when i couldnt remember theirs . They were all very friendly and very efficient . Its over a month ago and i can still remember their kindness. They all added to the experience. It was a fantastic week both on and off the ship. The entertainment in the theatre and in the Squid and anchor was very good indeed. Its a shame it was only for 1 week,i couldnt get the 2 weeks. It was just a bad start given what we were led to believe what kind of room we were getting.

This is the fourth time we have done the repositioning cruise, and the other three cruises have had a stop in either the Azores or Maderia, thus tome there was no stop and we found that 8 days at sea was too long and we won't be doing it again. Have to say that the best thing apart from the evening shows was the crafting session put on by Julie. If you are a non smoker then this isn't the cruise for you. . . two thirds of the outdoor areas are set aside for smokers and when the doors on the smokers side of the ship open the internal corridors fill up with smoker. Also a number of times when we went in the lifts they also smelt of cigarette smoke. The had all of the starboard promenade deck. . . the outside area behind the squid and anchor and the outside area on deck 11 outside the spa area. There was no chance of getting a sunbed as by 6am most of them had towels on. . . the only place that did have free sunbeds was on the smoker's side. . The cruises are Getting shorter and the prices are going up.
