Tips

When you take a Royal Caribbean cruise, as well as your cruise fare, you’ll be expected to pay a little extra to the crew members. A daily service charge of $18 - $20 per person, per day (depending on your cabin) is applied to each guest's SeaPass account. This can be paid before or after your cruise.

Speciality Dining

Specialty restaurants allow travellers to enhance their dining experience during the cruise. This is a great way to add variety to your holiday or celebrate a special occasion. You can pay for meals in the special dining restaurants onboard.

Car parking

Car parking at the port or airport is not included in the cost of your cruise, and this cannot currently be booked through Iglu Cruise. However, please contact us after you have made your booking if you would like to add this to your package, so we can discuss options. An approximate cost for parking during a cruise is around £12 to £20 per car per day. Alternatively, transfers can be arranged.

Excursions

If you would like to do any excursions/tours while docked these will be an additional charge. Excursions/tours can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package. * 20 minutes queueing for activities like the flow rider - in temperatures of between 30/40 degrees with no cover from the sun. **This causes children with additional needs to become dysregulated. * More training for staff to enable them to understand the complex needs of children with Autism / ADHD and other disabilities that are not visible. We found *some staff to be rude and unsympathetic when we tried to explain our Granddaughters additional needs and disabilities . * Both the games rooms ( arcades ) were very poorly maintained at least 5/6 machines each day were out of action which was very frustrating and unacceptable especially when you’ve had to prepay for credit and any credit not used is NOT refundable. !
