Had a fantastic time on Enchanted Princess as a first-time cruise-goer. The ship and cabin were fabulous and kept very clean. Food and drink around the ship were very good, especially the premium Crown Grill, although that came at an extra cost. Getting off and on the ship was painless. Service from all crew was amazing, particularly during dinner. I only had one request that could not be filled, which was strange but was not a big deal (mayo dip at the pizzeria). Entertainment was mostly not to our tastes but the shows and events we did attend were fun and exciting. The app and medallions made ordering and unlocking our room very easy and also made coordinating with our party a breeze. We would definitely come back aboard.

Our friends asked us to approach our first cruise with an open mind. I think we did, and we loved it. Considering the weather wasn't the greatest for our 3 days in Turkey. The rest was a lot better. We loved the idea of waking up somewhere else the following day. We only had 3 full sea days, but there was so much going in that it really wasn't a problem. Cabin was spotless, cabin Steward was amazing. The food was great, spoilt for choice. We did get a drinks package which worked out, as it included Wi-Fi and crew appreciation. Entertainment was full on, a little overwhelming at first where there was always something going on. All in all we'd do it again.

Princess Cruises offers both traditional dining and their flexible 'Anytime Dining'. Anytime Dining is available from 5:30 to 10 p.m. On most Princess ships the traditional dining times are as follows: Early seating is at 5:30 p.m. 1st seating is at 6 p.m. 2nd seating is at 8:15 p.m.

Princess Cruises offers a wide range of dietary options, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and low-sodium choices. Guests can notify the cruise line in advance, and the onboard dining team strives to cater to individual dietary requirements.

Cruises to and from Southampton have no specific baggage quantity limit but require each piece to weigh no more than 23kg for ease of handling. When flying to or from the ship, whether via charter or scheduled flight, luggage restrictions generally range from 20 to 23kg per person. Ensure no individual item exceeds 23kg to facilitate safe handling by the ship's crew.

Princess Cruises embraces a smart-casual approach for evenings, with occasional formal nights. Smart-casual attire includes dresses, skirts, or slacks for women, and collared shirts with dress pants for men.

Iglu Cruise has a team in place to provide necessary assistance to make your holiday run smoothly. If anyone in your party requires medical or mobility assistance, notify your Cruise Specialist at the time of booking or as soon as possible if circumstances change after booking. The Special Assistance Team will email a form 6-8 weeks before departure, which must be completed and returned.

Travel requirements

All passengers (including all children), should hold their own full 10-year (5 years for children) British Citizen (GBR) passport. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months past your expected return date to the UK, as this is often a criteria for entry to certain countries.

Princess Cruises strongly recommends that all guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected events that could disrupt their travel plans, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, or travel delays.
