Group Travel Requirements
All guests must travel with the tour group through each itinerary item for the duration of the tour

However, there are some areas where credit cards are not as widely accepted – for example, in some smaller shops, in rural areas, and at some tourist attractions. Therefore, it’s advisable to be prepared beforehand with some cash. Post Offices, convenience stores (i.e. 7-Eleven stores), and JP Post Banks are the main places where you’ll find cash machines that accept some foreign credit cards during business hours.
Medicine
It’s illegal to possess or use some common prescription and over-the-counter medicines under Japan’s anti-stimulant laws. With ignorance of the law not a viable defence, you should check the medication bans prior to booking if you’re on medication.

Hard to recommend the Diamond Princess unless you go to bed by 9pm. The ship is well past it's best and is the only Princess ship without an International Cafe. As such, there is no food, not even biscuits after 10pm, and as the 9. 15 pm show finishes at 10pm, basically the ship shuts down and apart from the casino is deserted by 1030. Apart from this, the ship has all the usual Princess virtues of excellent food and happy staff giving good service with a smile. I feel sure, this ship is close to being sold on. Certainly in much worse condition that the Grand, which is 5 years older

Having sailed with Princess several times previously, there is a reason why we continue to support them. They simply do everything extremely well. Right from booking, documents, communications, hotels, transfers, embarkation, on board service and dining, The standouts for us have been the use of a dedicated restaurant section for mini suite categories and, on larger, ships, the brilliant International Cafe. They maintain their ships well and all areas are kept clean, sanitised and smart.

The whole experience and organisation from Iglu Cruise was excellent. Transport and hotel in Tokyo perfect choice and the cruise itself on Diamond Princess was excellent. Staterooms are much larger than other cruise ships we have been on with lots of storage and wardrobe space. Food and drink top quality and the ports we called at gave a varied and interesting look at Japan and South Korea. Would recommend Iglu Cruise and the Diamond Princess

Credit cards are widely accepted in Japan, particularly in larger cities and metropolitan areas.
