Great cruise. Service was wonderful. Ship was great. All perfectly organised by Iglu.
Airport service was very poor. Huge queues to check in at Glasgow airport to drop baggage despite having checked in online. Return journey from Rekyavik was even worse. Only two members at immigration despite huge queues. People missed flights after waiting in a queue for alm two hours.
Queue at cruise terminal to embark was huge Check in times weren’t adhered to. No one checked your boarding time.

Excellent service and friendly staff across all departments. Food fantastic and tempting. Particular thanks to Herlan, our State Room attendant, who was so polite and helpful and made sure we were comfortable. Also Shashi, Sunset Bar staff member, whom I chatted to on cold morning walks around ship. He took my favourite photo of trip as we were sailing out from Isafjordur.

Great staff which really makes the difference.
Spotlessly clean ship but the furnishings need to be upgraded.
Guest acts not really to our taste. In house shows very good.
Food 7/10. Not hot enough.
No real issue finding a table in the buffet.

The cruise was great, the ship was very clean, the crew were all friendly and helpful and always spoke when passing, the food was really good, onboard activities program was full and had a great variety, the evening shows were the highlight for us. The only thing that let the holiday down were the transfers from the airport to the hotel and the hotel to the port, the drivers were very late, very rude, when one of them arrived one and a half hours late he just popped the boot without getting out of the car, so we had to load our own luggage, he didn’t even speak when we got in the car, needless to say he didn’t get a tip.

Package prices vary by ship, itinerary, and length and may reflect an additional tax for certain ports or itineraries. All guests of legal drinking age in the same stateroom and under the same stateroom booking number are required to purchase the same alcoholic beverage package. Guests with medical exceptions can contact call centres or notify onboard staff to request a modification to the Non-Alcoholic package instead. Packages are sold on a per cruise basis and not on a per day or any other basis. Packages may not be shared and do not include beverages sold in certain venues, including but not limited to, gift shops, mini-bar, or room service. Purchased packages may be modified up to 48 hours prior to sailing, after which they are non-refundable. Guests must be of legal drinking age at the departure port to purchase any alcoholic package and/or to consume alcohol. See the terms of Celebrity Cruises' guest alcohol policy. Other terms and conditions apply.
