The ports of call were great, the organisation from the tours was great, and the shows (comedians, singers) were great. The local suppliers who ran the tours we did at every stop were lovely people. What I didn't expect was the excessive upselling, in every area, and constant encouragement to tip at every moment (with tips on every bill, even before service was delivered). This changed the feeling of a service, to being a sales target. The windows in the eating areas were not cleaned on the inside which made the open dining feel grubby. A shame but won't be doing anything on Celebrity Infinity in the future due to it.

Enjoyed our trip on Infinity to the Greek Isles. Good size ship and perfect itinerary. Dining experiences were excellent and the staff were wonderful- nothing was too much trouble and they were very friendly.

We were looking for a cruise of a good level, certainly above the level of our last two cruises, but felt whilst Celebrity did achieve this on some levels the entertainment was not to the level we expected. The two excursions we went on were very good and the guides were excellent. Food generally was very good and again service was excellent. We look forward to our next cruise and see how that compares with other cruise lines. Embarkation and disembarkation very well organised.

Very much enjoyed our cruise although the last day was a disappointment. We took the hop on hop off bus. We saw almost no signs of any tourist attractions. Not many shops etc. All very quiet. Most people seem to wonder why this stop was included. The dining room staff worked very hard indeed and were all delightful and attentive. Food very good indeed We used the self service on deck 10 for breakfast and was amazed at the quality and choices there. Our cabin steward Richard was very efficient and answered any queries we had. He decorated our cabin for my birthday - it was a hoot! We will certainly use celebrity again, in fact, we have another cruise already booked
