Included with meals are some soft drinks, teas and coffees but the majority of drinks are extra. If you want alcoholic drinks you have three options. You can buy drinks at the bar. You can buy a drinks package (see below). Or upgrade to the "All Included" fare which includes a drinks package.

Wi-fi

To browse the internet on board you have two options. You can buy a wi-fi package or upgrade to the "All Included" fare where the Basic Wi-Fi Package is included.

Specialty Dining

Specialty restaurants allow travellers to enhance their dining experience during the cruise. This is a great way to add variety to your holiday or celebrate a special occasion. You can pay for meals in the special dining restaurants onboard.

Tips

A service gratuity of between $18 - $23 per passenger, per day(depending on the cabin) will be automatically applied to each guest’s SeaPass® account on a daily basis for sailings.

Excursions

If you would like to do any excursions/tours while docked these will be an additional charge. Excursions/tours can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package. Alternatively these can be bought while on the ship but may be more expensive than pre-booking.

Parking

Car parking at the port or airport for the duration of your trip is not included within the price of the cruise. Port/airport parking can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add this to your package. An approximate cost for parking is between £12 - £20 per car per day. Alternatively we can arrange transfers from your home to the departure airport/port.

Transfers (home to port)

Transfers from your home to the port or airport aren't included but we can help organise coach transfers, taxis etc to make your life easier. Please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package.

Visa

Visas are not provided by us or the cruise operator. Visas and other travel documents have to be obtained by the individual passengers prior to sailing.

Iglu Cruises organisation of flights, transfers, liaison with Celebrity cannot be faulted. The details of the transfers were so precise there was never any fear that we would be left behind, or that we couldn't contact the contractor. We found the Celebrity Eclipse to be a 'happy ship', with a friendly crew. Our cabin steward was first rate, as were our dining room Head Waiter his assistant. No problems with our food intolerances. We had a lovely cabin. The ship was very clean throughout. The entertainment was of very high quality and the evening shows were superb presentations.

The ship is in very good condition with friendly staff and officers. Bar service was great. Oceanview food was very good and Tuscan Grill was amazing. We enjoyed the itinerary with stays in Rio and New York and stops at Barbados, St Kitts and Bermuda. Would definitely recommend Celebrity & Iglu Cruise. All very organised from start to finish.

Onboard

There are three dining options with Celebrity Cruises; Celebrity Select Dining, Eary, Late and Anytime. Guests who opt to dine on the early or late sitting (6:30pm-8:30pm) will be seated with the same guests on the same table and with the same waiting staff. Thos who wish to dine on the Anytime option will have more flexibility and can choose their dining time (anytime between 6pm and 9:30pm).

Celebrity Cruises offers a range of dietary accommodations, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Passengers can notify the cruise line in advance to enjoy their cruise with personalised dining experiences aligned with their dietary requirements.

The maximum total weight per guest is 90kg, apart from the Xpedition class ships in the Galapagos. Please be aware that airlines have their own luggage restrictions and rules to comply with before and after your time onboard.

Celebrity Cruises promotes a smart-casual dress code for most evenings. Formal nights offer a chance to dress elegantly with evening gowns and tuxedos as an option. The cruise line's website provides specific details about the dress code to help passengers prepare accordingly.

Iglu Cruise has a team in place to provide necessary assistance to make your holiday run smoothly. If anyone in your party requires medical or mobility assistance, notify your Cruise Specialist at the time of booking or as soon as possible if circumstances change after booking. The Special Assistance Team will email a form 6-8 weeks before departure, which must be completed and returned.

Travel requirements

All passengers (including all children), should hold their own full 10-year (5 years for children) British Citizen (GBR) passport. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months past your expected return date to the UK, as this is often a criteria for entry to certain countries.

Celebrity Cruises strongly recommends that all guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected events that could disrupt their travel plans, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, or travel delays.
