Best customer experience ever on a cruise. Port stops were generally good. We were not keen on Bar Montenegro . Food was lovely but can always on any cruise be hotter in the buffet. Ship was well kept. Entertainment generally good.

Well what can I say the cruise was amazing ! The food I couldn’t fault it from the buffet to the Blu Restaurant such good choices and delicious food, something for everyone. The service from the restaurant to all over the ship was lovely everyone seemed happy in their work welcoming me with a smile and making me feel welcome to be aboard nothing was too much trouble I would like to mention a couple of people that gave outstanding service in the Blu restaurant the two ladies at reception Diana and can’t remember the other ladies name but she was there every day they were so accommodating to our needs sorting out our tables quickly and efficiently, the waiters Guruh and Mega were always happy to greet us every day with a pleasant manner and a little chat about our day and serving out table great knowledge about the food that was being served. The sommelier Gemma was always lovely and helpful I would give them all 10/10 they made our dining experience one of the highlights of our holiday. If I had to say what was negative about my holiday it would be the music around the pool in the afternoons was not to my liking I appreciate there are lots of different ages on board but I feel the music was aimed at the younger generation most of the times it was just noise not music coming from the speakers something a little repetitive and calming was needed.

Firstly even though an older ship in the fleet you wouldn’t think so, public areas were fantastic and cabin was very clean. The sliding door to the balcony was very stiff to slide open and we were initially upset to see a shower curtain rather than glass door but the shower was large enough for the curtain not to cling to you. Staff as always were fantastic and service was fantastic. Itinerary was fantastic all ports of call being lovely to explore

There are three dining options with Celebrity Cruises; Celebrity Select Dining, Eary, Late and Anytime. Guests who opt to dine on the early or late sitting (6:30pm-8:30pm) will be seated with the same guests on the same table and with the same waiting staff. Thos who wish to dine on the Anytime option will have more flexibility and can choose their dining time (anytime between 6pm and 9:30pm).

Celebrity Cruises offers a range of dietary accommodations, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Passengers can notify the cruise line in advance to enjoy their cruise with personalised dining experiences aligned with their dietary requirements.

The maximum total weight per guest is 90kg, apart from the Xpedition class ships in the Galapagos. Please be aware that airlines have their own luggage restrictions and rules to comply with before and after your time onboard.

Celebrity Cruises promotes a smart-casual dress code for most evenings. Formal nights offer a chance to dress elegantly with evening gowns and tuxedos as an option. The cruise line's website provides specific details about the dress code to help passengers prepare accordingly.

Iglu Cruise has a team in place to provide necessary assistance to make your holiday run smoothly. If anyone in your party requires medical or mobility assistance, notify your Cruise Specialist at the time of booking or as soon as possible if circumstances change after booking. The Special Assistance Team will email a form 6-8 weeks before departure, which must be completed and returned.

Travel requirements

All passengers (including all children), should hold their own full 10-year (5 years for children) British Citizen (GBR) passport. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months past your expected return date to the UK, as this is often a criteria for entry to certain countries.
