The service from all staff was very good. The cabin was a reasonable size and the bed comfortable. The shower cubicle was quite small and the shower curtain not long enough so water sprayed on the floor soaking the bath mat. We found the food in Windows better than the restaurant. Prime C speciality restaurant was good but think the extra charge of $49. 50 excessive. There is no charge for wi fi on many ships and think this should be considered on Azamara. We thought the entertainers were quite poor which we also found on our Pursuit trip to South Africa two years ago. Overall we much prefer this size ship and will definitely book with them again.

11 Jan 2026
We enjoyed our cruise on Azamara Quest between 27/12/25 and 06/01/26 around the Caribbean.
The ship is a little tired in places with a very small cabin shower and curtain which is a little dated.
The Balcony suite was good and the cleaning routine satisfactory.
The on board facilities are good and we found the staff friendly and helpful.
We booked three excursions and on the whole we enjoyed them apart from an anti British comment made by our driver on our trip to the Waterfalls in Dominica. Whilst we accept our history is not always good when your paying for a trip you want to enjoy it.
The only adverse comment we have on the ship was the food. Whilst there were highlights for example on the White night when good food was served the restaurants were hit and mis often serving poor quality meat covered in sauces.
We enjoyed our trip very much and to be honest if you travel on the most luxurious cruise lines you will always find fault if you look for it.
The acid test is would we book with Azamara again and the answer is yes just improve the food with more fresh products as Explora Journeys do it makes such a difference as cruising is about good food on the whole.
We hope are comments are viewed not as criticism but our honest observations.
Thank you to the staff for our memorable trip.

Staff were fantastic and friendly, the ship was beautiful some lovely character. Limited seating in the Den bar which was a great shame as it was a great place to meet people and have a drink and a good chat. Food I would describe as ok but nothing spectacular even the speciality dining was just ok.
Service around the pool bar was a bit hit and miss unless you were slipping the waiter a little extra then they were more attentive.
Entertainment was mediocre and repetitive.
Excursion some were good but boat trips seemed overcrowded for what they cost.
