The whole trip was perfect. Entertainment was mostly okay. Standard of everything - exceptional Excursions - great assortment and very well organised

Overall a lovely cruise. We booked the indoor cabin knowing that it was small, however the layout and lighting were dissapointing and could be improved to make it more comfortable. The TV was positioned between the bed and the sofa, so not really comfortable to watch from either angle. There was no way to separate the sitting area from the sleeping area so if your parter wants to sleep and you don't there was no way not to disturb them. Also felt that our clothes were getting damp, by the end of 3 week cruise. Toilet was tiny and when you pulled curtain in the shower it made the shower area very dark. The staff were fantastic in every area. Food in the main dining room and patio restaurants was good as was the buffet.

OUTSTANDING CREW FROM THE CAPTAIN TO THE NEWEST MEMBER OF THE TEAM. THE FOOD EVERY WHERE WAS GREAT. THE EMBARCATION IN AUCKLAND WAS POOR. EVERYONE WAS TOLD TO ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME AND THE CABINS WERE NOT READY UNTIL 14:00.

Hello Iglu folks, Yes our Azamara Onward cruise was first class, the boat is an older one but totally functional and spotlessly clean , the crew and the food was great, the buffet, the main restaurant and the speciality restaurants were all superb. But I would really like to thank you, the Iglu team for our overall holiday booking, communication etc. everything went very smoothly , right down to the taxi's picking us up from/to airport, hotels, boat etc. plus the Altis Prime in Lisbon and Kimpton Anglers in Miami were top notch. We have started looking for something sometime early next year and will definitely book through yourselves again. Thanks 👍

Fantastic cruise crew and staff fantastic food excellent

Our first time on Azamara and we were pleased with the whole thing. As ever, there were some places where we didn't have enough time and others that could have been left out - but no doubt other people would think the opposite!The Azamazing evening was particularly great, and the Maori group, and the Aboriginal group were particularly interesting.

Have been on Azamara many times and love it mainly because it is a relatively small boat and also the staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. This was the first time I had booked through Iglu and I was most impressed. Everything worked very smoothly.

A very good experience as far as the cruise was concerned. Minor criticisms are the size of the shower and toilet facilities - we were ok but others might struggle as they are quite petite, however the crew were outstanding and the ship was kept very clean and tidy.Would we sail with Azamara again? yes!
