We would say that the crew were the most welcoming and motivated we have experienced and put this down as Azamara Journey's best asset.
The smaller ship meant no crowds or queues much more peaceful. We had always thought that higher capacity ships being much larger would maintain the same spacial ratios but realised this is not correct. To explain, on a 6,000 capacity ship the buffet area is not 10 times larger than the 600 passenger (typically) Azamara.
I needn't mention the "shower curtain" subject, Azamara, sort it!
If you enjoy "shows" I think it is apparent with low capacity ships there isn't the budget for high end performers pure economics.
