Great trip but a shame adverse weather meant we couldn't visit Shetland.

1st cruise with this company - and loved it - value for money was excellent, although found trips were expensive. Staff were attentive and polite - must be hard work at times as the great British public are not always great. Loved the fact it was not too "glitzy" but comfortable with plenty of space. Food was good - evening meals excellent - but could do with a reorganize of where some of the food (Buffet) are - drinks could do with being relocated BUT all in all these are minor things. Never a big fan of shows - however those on board were excellent. Bars good and you soon find a spot that becomes a favourite. Have booked for the 6th May next year as I LOVED it.

First cruise travelled with my husband our son and his girlfriend, we loved it, from the second we arrived we were made to feel so welcome, the staff were brilliant so friendly, food was fabulous, you never went to bed hungry, we visited Iceland and we had a bit of bad weather but that was quickly overcome and we got ashore safely. I would definitely recommend this type of holiday and look forward to doing more.

Brilliant cruise; so good in fact that we are going on the round Britain on 19/7/2025 and are recomending this cruise line to other family members!

Ambassador Ambition is a fabulous, friendly well run cruise ship. The staff are all amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Because of the size (only 1200 guests) you are made to feel part of a large family. We have travelled with Ambassador many times and will continue to do so. Being able to embark in Liverpool is for us a massive bonus, as we only live a 30 minute drive away.

It was brilliant so much so that we have booked another for next year. It was good value for money although the trips where a bit expensive. The entertainment was very good!

The food, staff, entertainment and bars were all excellent. The weather made some of the excursions problematic. But that is the way of things. All in all the cruise stood up against any other cruise we have done and we will certainly be travelling with Ambassador again. Just one note, being invited to dine at the captain's table was the major highlight of the cruise.
