I was on the Back to the 80’s cruise with my friend and we had a ball. We were upgraded from an oceanview cabin to a suite and were thrilled with it, it was so comfortable. We enjoyed the food, the excursions and the wonderful shows in the theatre. Toyah and The Fizz were brilliant and the atmosphere in the theatre was so good. This is my 3rd cruise on Ambience and it won’t be my last. Thank you Ambassador.

Our first time with Ambassador cruise line. We found the embarkation process so easy. Inside cabins were spacious with comfy beds but the air con was a bit noisy. All of the team on board were friendly, professional and incredibly hard working. Service was fantastic everywhere. The entertainment was spot on. The drinks prices were reasonable and the dining options were varied with great quality food and drinks. We found the trip very good value for money and would definitely book again.

This was my first cruise with Ambassador and it was good to be able to board at Tilbury. The 80’s theme was good fun, entertainment was good and the choice of food and drink was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful Ship was clean and tidy and there were lots of places to sit and relax Cabin was quite cosy but absolutely fine for the time we were in it. Comfortable beds and good shower. There were a couple of issues for me. There needed to be more waiters in the bars and theatre to have a better table service The lack of waiters meant that people were going to the bar to get their own drinks which went against the speed of the table service. Also would have preferred larger size bath towels. Would have been good to have a shuttle bus from the ship into IJmuiden town as access to public transport was not accessible for people with mobility issues Having said that they were minor things and didn’t stop us having a great time

Beautiful ship. Lovely staff. Nice food

I traveled with my sister she is disabled so we had an accessible cabin. Staff were excellent at getting scooter on and off the ship. Cabin was spacious. Pros - Excellent food, Excellent Staff, excellent entertainment. Excellent medical facilities. A beautiful ship to travel on. A very happy atmosphere on board Cons - Only one socket in cabin, (difficult if having to charge a disability scooter) A very small TV with limited channels and no subtitle button on remote, (difficult for deaf passenger). The large outdoor screen did not show any films. It may have been because only a short cruise, but because of this couldn't five stars. The port where we docked was an hour's travel to Amsterdam and no shuttle bus laid on. I recommend that you book a trip on this day. Very limited activities during the day if weather bad.

First ever cruise. Staff were all very polite and helpful. Food was very good. Entertainment also very good.

First time with Ambiance and Ambassador cruise line . We couldn’t fault it , embarkation and free parking was quick and simple . We attended the 80s event which was really good . All the staff give you a great welcome and really look after you . All the food was of a really good standard and so was the service. We had an inside cabin which would normally be our last choice but it was fine for this trip. The 2 main bars are beautifully decorated and you never wait long for a drink . The theatre is also very comfortable and you can have a drink served at your seat . This cruise was excellent value for money and will definitely book again with Ambassador

Lovely trip on this ship. Several eating places to choose from. There was always something you could to choose to eat. Cabins basic but clean and comfortable m. Staff lovely no complaints. I was on my own and they catered for soooo cruisers. We were all sat together on tables with other solo cruisers which was nice.

Fantastic cruise, service was very good never had to wait for drinks. internal decor is very good but top deck could be better. The food was very good through out the ship.
