Polite staff, quality food, good price. Fixtures seem old and worn

Very friendly Ships crew, good drinks package, well run embarkation. Cabin had plenty of storage space, The ship was always clean. Excellent show entertainment plus two comedy plays all to a very high standard. Food was to a good standard. Unable to lounge on the outside decks due to the December weather, Overall we enjoyed our cruise and would sail with Ambassador again, preferring their size of ships.

Old ship in pretty good nick. Great atmosphere on board. Especially in the smoking area. Food was fabulous. Weather not so good, but avoided the rain when on-shore.

All very good would go again

Disappointed ship did not have facility for notifing My Son of My safe arrival on board until first port of call. Cabin Sreward the "best" from many previous cruises. Regret visit to Lisbon could not, happen but, understand the reason. Transfer's to and from ship very good.

Staff were great, accommodation good, restaurants and bars good. Quality of entertainment was good but the same every night. More variety would have been welcome and more seating. It was hard to find a seat much of the time. Embarkation and de-embarkation were the best I have experienced.

Small problem with embarkation. Cabin card had a different name on it so had to queue for another card at reception. Crew helpful and friendly.

First cruise with Ambience/Ambassador, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, shout out to all the incredible staff who made our holiday so special. Noted the hard work everyone made to keep the ship clean and to keep everyone happy - such a wonderful crew.

Basic food, good size of cabin, excellent value for money. Will book again in the future.

Loved our Christmas market cruise, great ship, food excellent, staff all lovely and worked so hard. Just be aware, when you register your bank card, during the cruise they “ring fence” money from your bank account, on the morning of disembarkation we woke up to find they had ring fenced double the amount owed, according to the finance director onboard this is completely normal for this cruise line (and all others??) 2 days after leaving the ship the correct amount owed was taken from my bank account. Make sure you have enough money in your account to cover this. Next time we’ll not register a card, we will take cash only.
