Very disappointed with this cruise
Having traveled on a package to include Canada and New York prior to cruise
Was disappointed to find that the cruise I had waited a year for and a celebration of 40 years of marriage with a trip to the Caribbean couldn't happen due to hurricanes
Was informed by royal Caribbean 24 hrs prior to sailing
Was not offered the opportunity to return to the UK and take the cruise later next year
Offered miserably compensation in future cruise credits which I'm reluctant to use due to poor customer service
Ask for some small tokens of service which was declined
Having packed summer clothes wanted some laundry washed to help with warmer clothes for a colder climate
Was declined on the advise that we had been given enough notice
When we originally had 3 stop on the caribean cruise ended up sailing for 6dsys with 1 stop with t h temperature of 12 degrees instead of the 26to 30 expected
Room credits offered 300 dollars given the retracted the next day to 100
No explanation and some guests spent it to be told it was a mistake and they had to pay back
Port taxes returned as on board credits
Again had to spent on the ship
Finally to add insult to injury
They were selling co Co island t shirts and merchandise for 50% discounts
All in all very unprofessional service from royal Caribbean

A very nice ship, comfortable, clean, bright, good food, the entertainment was excellent, and the staff were more than accommodating, but the ship was just too big, with too many people, as the restaurants were pushed to cope at meal times, and the shows had to be booked. There were also far too many children on board. We have been on several cruises before, but on smaller boats, and although this trip was very enjoyable, we shall stick to smaller craft in future
