Dedicated to the tragedy of the Titanic, SeaCity Museum excellently portrays the aftermath through interactive exhibits. Featuring a 1:25 scale model of the ship, visitors learn about life onboard as well as the disaster that deeply affected Southampton in 1912.

The Ravalet castle was built in the sixteenth century by Lord Ravalet and is situated in a magnificent park on the outskirts of the city. Rated as one of the most important collections in Normandy, the Thomas Henry Museum (Musee des beaux-arts) is home to around 300 different artworks, dating back to the 15th century. A significant museum within the city, its unique collection of Millet artworks is fascinating to discover.

Built in 1665 to protect the city from British attacks, Castro Fortress is now a flourishing tourist attraction with lush gardens to explore and breath-taking views after an active walk to the top. The castle itself is free to explore, making it especially well worth a stop.

One of the oldest and most vibrant districts of Lisbon, Alfama is the place to be for artisan eateries, quirky boutiques and Fado bars. It’s best explored on foot or by the tram to experience as many of the attractions and highlights as possible.

Thanks to Madeira’s fertile soil, many tropical plants thrive here and Quinta do Palheiro Ferreiro’s gardens are an excellent showcase of this. The most notable collection are the camellias, first planted by the Count of Carvalhal.

A beautiful and historic house in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the Bonnet House is included on the American National Register of Historic Places. It was built by prominent artist Frederic Clay Bartlett and has picturesque architecture and a botanical garden.
