I do NOT like buffets, always dined in the MDR for every meal, now have a choice of either the buffet, or starve. This cruise will probably be our last Seabourn, which is a shame as up untik now it has been our favourite cruise line. The Seabourtn staff, as always, were superb, | feel sorry for them as staff levels were noticeably smaller. Food was very good, no problem with that, but the buffet leaves me cold. As one passnger said - "Seabourn is dying a death of a thousand cuts".
Bring back the Seabourn I love, PLEASE!Read More

Cabin standard was high but on deck 5 we did hear anchor and thruster noise when arriving at destinations. Service was excellent throughout. Every crew member was pleasant, polite helpful and professional without exception. Food standards were very high throughout. Limited no. of restaurants and didn't use Earth & Ocean much due to lack of menu options. Entertainment level was good, especially for a small ship.
Had some problems with delays on excursions which could have been better handled if there had been a Seabourn rep with us. Activities were limited. No deck games or even a walking track. Usual problems with lack of sunbeds which could have been improved if usage rules were consistently applied.
Seabourn's reputation is very high and the Ovation very nearly met it.Read More
