Seabourn Encore. Immaculate ship; genuinely friendly and unfailingly helpful staff. Every meal was a good dining experience, especially in the Splis restaurant. Entertainment was in the singer/dancer/cabaret ste + virtuoso performances from specialist artists. Our suite (704) was a decent size albeit without a bath as we discovered . House keeping were excellent. Vietnam port visits were well organised albeit expensive when booked through Seabourn; plenty of local/private options. Fred shuttle buses into the city centres at every port. Onboard lectures were goid value. Cambodia visit was a bit of a non-event. We booked through IGLU incl flights, shire accom + transfers. HK accom at Harbourside Kowloon was more of a well licated 3* offering and definitely not 5*. Would not stay there again. Transfers good. Have booked for another Seabourn cruise, this time directly with Seabourn.

I booked the Seabourn Encore to celebrate our 60th Birthday. It did not disappoint. We had the most amazing time. The ship was wonderful, an a great size. The staff could not do enough for you. We were made to feel very special while we were there, with all the care and attention. The entertainment was exceptional and very versatile. There was plenty to do on the ship if you wanted to. Embarkation was easy and stress free as was disembarkation. Most wonderful trip. The ports we stopped in were great apart from Sihoukville in Cambodia. Im sure there are more beautiful places in Cambodia. Trips were a little expensive, however they were all so well planned an most enjoyable.

Apart from one unexpected issue which, to Seabourn’s credit they sorted quickly, this was a very enjoyable luxury cruise. We ate in the Restaurant every evening except one when we ate in Solis. Food was mainly excellent with a few OK’s. Our only issue was that the restaurant was not open for breakfast, something that was totally unexpected. First time we had experienced this on any cruise. Fortunately there were a number of guests who felt the same and Seabourn reacted quickly to rectify the situation.

Liked the size of the ship. Being a ship with 2 halves got us lost more than once, but all added to the fun. Staff were faultless. Food, on the whole, was good. Colonade was our favourite eating place and coffee shop was part of our morning routine. Visited some very pretty places. Would love to have joined the watersports activities, we should have been more organised ! Free wifi was a big bonus. Our suite was very nice, plenty of storage. Loved the low level lighting. Would certainly go on this ship again.

This is how I imagined a cruise should be. . space to breath, relaxed and efficient & very friendly service, good food (and drink) and nice fellow guests.

Very Luxurious. The staff and the officers were friendly and helpful. The food and champagne was excellent all the time. The shows were good and the performers very friendly and good.

The actual cruise was fabulous, faultless service, line, cabin, and ship. The taxi transfers weren't. One transfer booked by Iglu failed to turn up at all and I am now out of pocket as I had to pay for another taxi to get to the hotel. Another taxi didn't meet me at the airport as instructed, very poor service from the taxi driver.

Seabojurn Encore met all our onboatd expectations. No concerns at all. Sadly our experience with "Holiday Taxis" and the Boutique More Hotel were a great disappointment.

Enjoyed Seabourn cruise, particularly the suite which was of a high standard. The food was good and the staff were lovely. We liked the size of the ship, though the pool area was crowded, and the entertainment not particularly good. We only did one excursion which was overpriced. The disembarkation was chaotic and the prearranged transport did not turn up.

Excellent cruise, the staff were excellent and the food and drinks selections were outstanding.
