We really love this ship. It has a good friendly vibe about it. The food was really good both in the dining rooms and the buffet. There was plenty of entitlement in the evenings throughout the ship. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Just returned from our South America passage from Buenos Aires to Barcelona (18 nights)
What a trip!!! IGLU are fantastic at tailor making. Starting from the flights to the transfers to the hotel. The Savoy hotel in Buenos Aires was fantastic. Great location in the City. And the cruise on Sapphire Princess. Wonderful ship, great size, delicious food, very attentive service!!!! Didn’t want to come home 😀

Food wasn't great, poor variety and quality. Have been on many Princess cruises and this was the worst for food.
The itinerary included too many industrial Ports, with limited access to the local area.
Main theatre entertainment was poor, with mind readers, jugglers, sand dancers, magicians. Really, thought we'd gladly left all that behind in the 1970's & 80's. To be fair, individual entertainment around the ship was often very good.
