There was a problem with the Coach conection when we arrived as wehad paid for it but did not have any Vouchers to verify this and we had to wait for about 50 minutes while the Agent had to verify with his Office that we paid but this was an issue with Paperwork from Iglu not being correct.
There was no HA Reps within the Terminal to direct us to the Coach location which was about 500 metres from the Terminal and this was a very bad start to our Voyage.

Bar service very poor it needs a good shake up, falls far short of a premium ship.
Entertainment very poor, singing not very good.
Food excellent but service could be a bit slow.
Ports very good, embarkation excellent.
Very poor choice of beers on ship which is totally out of order for for a premium brand and especially if someone has paid for a drinks package.
Shops on ship rubbish, no customers in them as too expensive and poor coice.

This cruise brought with it great variety. There were both cities and small towns to explore. The scenery was spectacular, especially in Alesund, and our trip into the mountains from this port. The entertainment in the theatre on board was varied and first class. There was always a choice of music venue in the evenings - something for everyone. The Have It All Package suits us as it takes away the individual decisions on everything included.

Not that friendly, average food, little if any officer visibility poor entertainment. The destinations were very good however. The ship was a bit like an up market ferry.
