A beautiful modern ship that was impeccably presented throughout our voyage. Staff were largely friendly polite and efficient.

Really enjoyed our time on Resilient Lady. The ship was great — constantly being cleaned — and the food was excellent, with The Wake our clear favourite. The crew were consistently friendly and helpful, and our Seriously Suite was excellent. Ani, our Rockstar Agent, was also great and really looked after us. We enjoyed our time in Miami too and used Citi Bikes to get around. Met some great people on board. Overall, a really good trip — we’d happily sail with Virgin Voyages again.

Boat, cabin, food, staff okay sadly lacking in things to do during day other than health & fitness. 3 evening shows over the week repeated 4 times. Done 10 cruises before but 1st time bored.

The Resilient Lady was a brilliant cruise. Staff were brilliant, the boat was fun and the food was impeccable.

Quality of food was high in all restraunts. Worth booking the fine dining . Lots of variety to suit everyone Felt very pampered and looked after. The staff were superb and really attentive. I give 5/5 for this. Great that wifi included. Happy with on board activities. Gave 4 stars as first cruise I went on but others who were experienced cruisers said it was a high quality.

Itinerary incorrect as shown as 1 day in Istanbul when it was 2! Taxi didn’t, turn up at end of cruise had to pay for taxi! See attached cost of taxi which we would like to be reimbursed !|

Restaurants were superb! You had to book in advance but we did and it was so worth it! Crew couldn't be more helpful. Great live music from the wonderful Celtic singer to the rock band. Cabins were great with a hammock and space on the terrace. The party cruise label wasn't as it seemed- you could party or chill - whatever you prefer. Downsides - I love to swim and the pool for swimming was tiny. Also music in the pool area was sooooo loud we had to find quieter places to relax and sunbathe. The drip coffee was dreadful and we believe it was so to encourage everyone to buy the speciality coffees. But overall would highly recommend.

By far the best ship we have cruised on and we go every year! Smart cabins, with movie settings , hammock on the balcony, comfy beds, plenty storage . . loved it. Food was amazing lots to choose from and every restaurant was free to eat in not like the fine dining on other cruises where u pay a fortune!! Very modern, very sophisticated , great use of space . . loves it so much we bought the cruise credits

Different to other cruise lines. younger passengers, no self service of open food, 95% of food made to order which is fantastic IMO as less waste and more hygienic. Booking restaurants takes a bit of work but are very good and the quality is good too. Drinks are expensive $8(£6) for a 330ml can of Heineken WTF! Cheapest bottle of wine $40(£29).

We did enjoy our Virgin cruise, the first one we have been on. Our cabin (on 5th floor, with just a window, no balcony), was very comfortable, well equipped and spacious. The various restaurants around this lovely ship, were generally very good (we did manage to 'pre-book' this before we departed, which proved to be a good idea!). I was slightly disappointed with the size of the outdoor deck pool, which was too small got the number of guests using it. The evening entertainment was very varied and definitely different from previous cruises we've been on! We are unsure if we would consider going on another cruise of this type, as do prefer a more 'traditional' type of cruise.
