The Queen Victoria is a traditional cruise ship, tasteful 1920's dècor with a touch of class. Although the ship holds around 2,000 passengers, you don't feel like there's many people around at any one time. It's a large ship with lots of space, where you can wander in relatively peaceful surroundings. There are many different venues to frequent, sit quietly in the Chart Room for a coffee and light refreshments, a well stocked library, around the pool areas, join an activity in the Queen's Room or attend a talk in the theatre. The Queen Victoria comes alive in the evening, starting with a five course meal in the Britannia Restaurant, followed by a lively show in the Royal Court Theatre. Entertainment continues with music in the various bar areas, from a pianist to a live band. Music around the ship is always performed live, even on the Lido deck where you can sunbathe and have a cooling dip in the pool. The food is plentiful and of the highest quality. The staff are friendly and attentive at all times.

Had an amazing time on Queen Victoria.
Staff were amazing and very helpful.
Beautiful traditional feel to the ship.
Food was of a very high quality in the various restaurants with an extensive choice in the buffet restaurant.
Have not used Cunard before but will definitely use again.
We usually holiday with P&O and although the Queen Victoria is a smaller ship the amenities were just as good.
The only thing you have to be careful of is the service charge.

Time at Port: TBD (day Day 15)
Description
The UK’s largest cruise port and where many will begin their cruise holiday, Southampton has no shortage of maritime and historical attractions. Discover local landmarks on a walking tour including 30 ancient monuments, learn about the tragic story of the Titanic and escape to the great outdoors at the New Forest National Park. With numerous options for seafood dining and even a free art gallery, Southampton is an undoubtedly great destination for a pre or post-cruise stay.
Dedicated to the tragedy of the Titanic, SeaCity Museum excellently portrays the aftermath through interactive exhibits. Featuring a 1:25 scale model of the ship, visitors learn about life onboard as well as the disaster that deeply affected Southampton in 1912.
Solent Sky Museum
Home to over 20 aircraft that were integral to the war effort, Solent Sky Museum is dedicated to the history of the RAF. Southampton itself played a large role in producing Supermarine Spitfires, which you’ll learn all about here.
The New Forest
If you’re looking to escape the busy port city, the New Forest National Park is just a short distance away with native New Forest ponies and lush heathland. Visitors can also catch events, activities and workshops throughout the year.
Tudor House and Garden
As Southampton’s most important historic building, this restored home holds over 800 years of history after having numerous owners. Now a museum, it showcases many artefacts once belonging to past residents of Southampton, as well as a Tudor House Café.
Southampton City Art Gallery
Since opening in 1939, this free art gallery has showcased exhibitions of sculptures, photography and traditional paintings. Thanks to an ever-changing programme of activities, you’ll find something here that the whole family will enjoy.

Exclusions and Limitations
All included non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are limited to 15 drinks per guest per 24-hour period (06:00am - 05:59am); drinks requested above this limit are only provided at the discretion of the ship's management and will be charged at full menu price.
The 'pay-the-difference' enhancement applies exclusively to individual drinks served by the glass, and will take into account additional service charges.
World of Drinks Collections (drinks packages) are not combinable with any other programs, promotions, or onboard special offers.
Drinks packages are non-transferable and cannot be used for room service items, mini-bar items, or to off-set the price of special and private events.
Drinks packages are not available on charter voyages.
Individual drinks included are subject to availability, and Cunard reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated or under the age restrictions.
