Beautiful ship, second time aboard. Our cabin could have benefitted from a bit of sprucing up but was perfectly clean and comfortable. Lovely public areas and there was always a quiet spot to relax in. Excellent food in Brittania restaurant and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Only gripe is the service charge on drinks which are already quite expensive.

If you like the traditional kind of cruise. Then Queen Victoria is for you. The staff are well trained and friendly. The food is great. My only complaint is that the buses to take you to and from the ship to the town centres were not free.
