I have cruised on all the Cunard ships including the new Queen Anne. I am a Diamond level member. I have sailed on Queen Elizabeth the most of all the Cunatd ships. I enjoyed my cruise but noticed several things that I have not seen before on board. In the past I have sailed on her arpund Britain or in Europe. This cruise sailed from Miami, around the Caribbean and back. I felt things were different on board. Formal attire was not worn on formal nights by everyone in the Queens Room, on the ballroom floor or in other areas designated as Formal Attire areas. Several people wore very casual clothing. Nobody seemed to care. On deck far too many people put towels and books on chairs and deck chairs and left them unoccupied for many hours. Despite the rules stating that this was not acceptable and that items would be removed. Nothing was done about it. In my cabin my tea making equipment was in the wardrobe and no teabags or biscuits were provided. I removed the kettle and mugs from the wardrobe and asked the steward to provide items for making tea. He said it wasn't the policy on the Queen Elizabeth to do so, but he did give me some teabags. During January I sailed on Queen Anne around the Canary islands and then crossed the Atlantic on Queen Mary 2. Formal attire was worn on formal nights on both ships and in the Canary islands nobody reserved seats with towels and books and tea and biscuits were provided on both ships. It seems this drop in standards and unacceptable behaviour was only on the ship sailing from Miami. Cunard should enforce the rules they themselves set and provide tea making facilities as they do on their other ships.

A lovely ship, excellent service, very polite helpful crew. Cabin space excellent but toilet rather small - especially the shower cubicle. lovely toiletries.
Food a little disappointing - not always piping hot. Menu rather limited - tomato soup - every day and only one other choice - vegetables almost the same for every dinner.
Entertainment - theatre shows every evening but only one or two full company shows - the others single performers.
Enjoyed the excursions - well organised.

The ship; infrastructure, decor, cabin and service were all excellent. The food in the buffet was good but a bit more variety would have been nice. Breakfast and lunch in the dining room was good. . The food served in the Golden Lion Pub was outstanding. Dinner in the main dining room was very poor with bland food, limited choice, repetitive menus and very view dishes reflecting where we were in the world.
The entertainment was poor with notable exceptions being the pianist, guitarist and West Indian group who were all outstanding.
No formal bridge sessions was a gross omission.
Overall very expensive for what was provided.
First cruise with Cunard and it will be the last. There are far superior offerings in the cruise market giving far better value for money.
