Wow what a fabulous cruise! The staff are truly wonderful, including the directors and captain. The food and entertainment were great. We loved this ship . . easy to navigate and had a wealth of bars, activities and dining options.

We sailed on Ovation of the Seas in October 2025, absolutely could not fault the ship or the crew! Unfortunately our cruise was delayed by two days due to a Typhoon but Iglu quickly arranged for us to stay at the same hotel for the extra two nights. We also had a number of itinerary changes, which was disappointing but the extra days on the ship were very enjoyable.

Great ship lots to do, quite a few things requiring additional payments. Ship well kept and clean, staff helpful, attentive and work so hard. Entertainment really good lots of variety and choice. Great holiday, ports a little random and only did our own excursions as theirs incredibly expensive and not very exciting (ports of all didn't help)
