Wi-fi

Specialty Dining

Speciality dining isn't included as standard but if you upgrade to the Free at Sea package the first two guests can get up to 3 meals (depending on the length of the cruise) in any of the speciality dining restaurants.

Tips

Guests will be charged between $20-25 per person per day for gratuities/service charges. These can be paid for before or after the cruise.

Excursions

If you would like to do any excursions/tours while docked these will be an additional charge. Excursions/tours can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package. Alternatively these can be bought while on the ship but may be more expensive than pre-booking.

Parking

Car parking at the port or airport for the duration of your trip is not included within the price of the cruise. Port/airport parking can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add this to your package. An approximate cost for parking is between £12 - £20 per car per day. Alternatively we can arrange transfers from your home to the departure airport/port.

Transfers (home to port)

Transfers from your home to the port or airport aren't included but we can help organise coach transfers, taxis etc to make your life easier. Please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package.

Visa

Visas are not provided by us or the cruise operator. Visas and other travel documents have to be obtained by the individual passengers prior to sailing.

Beautiful ship. Immaculate cabins and public areas Food not as good a# NCL Prima with exception of speciality restaurants . Some areas staff were a little sullen and looked uninterested again compared to Prima. Which is same class of ship . Overall , though a beautiful cruise . enjoyed only having one sea day as this allowed more space and choice of beds around the ship after returning from sightseeing . Cabins are beautiful and cabin staff amazing. Iglu were fantastic from beginning to end

Hotel good ,NCL Viva Good ,transfers not so good as we had to wait about 1 hour to be picked up from Athens on arriving . Going home the transfer company wouldnt change the return trip to Athens Airport . We took a taxi and found Athens Airport absolutely bedlam with American flights being cacelled and 10,000 Israelis there also . Never seen anything like it . Apart from that the overall holiday was great . Iglu 5 star NCL Viva 5 star.

Ship was lovely and bright especially the cabins. Loved the seats on balcony. Would have liked to have more outside bars on Deck 8. Crew were all lovely however they looked undermanned. Very little chair side service. Speciality restaurants were all lovely. Lots of ports visited and disembarking well organised.
