And losing a day from the holiday everything was great prima has a strange layout and had difficulty getting into popular venues unless you get there over an hour before the start, the staff in the restaurants we use were very good. I rated the activities as 2 but we actually never used them.

Our experience in Haven was 5 star.
We would not have liked not to be in Haven as we found the rest of the ship to be quite crowded. We were happy to enjoy reserved seating in the theatre but upset we could not even get in the other lounges( particularly disappointed to miss Syd Normans which had long queues and was full). The shows were exceptional. The dance troupe magnificent. Food in Haven, Bistro and Cagneys beyond compare. We found minor maintenance problems in the suite and around deck and hope the ship can stand the test of time. The crew were very efficient along with having time to be friendly, funny at times and even remembering our names.

Well run cruise on relatively new ship.
Staff pleasant polite and efficient
Good variety of good quality food
Some "cheesy" entertainment but theatre productions and Syd Normans Pour House excellent
Caters well for solo travellers.
Relaxed atmosphere.
Drinks and tours expensive .
Some of ports some distance from cites to visit

We mainly chose the cruise because of the itinerary (Baltics) and Norwegian's "Freestyle" policy to dining and dress code, plus having previously had a good trip on Prima.
The itinerary had to be changed slightly due to weather but this was well communicated and didn't dampen our enjoyment.
As usual staff were exceptional; cheerful and helpful. The food choice is generally good but the buffet breakfast is a bit repetitive with not much variety of bread / rolls. The buffet is quite small because of other eating venues e. g. Indulge, Local Bar and Grill, but can get quite crowded and I dread to think of the chaos if there were a lot of children on board. Indulge is a good and innovative idea where you order off a tablet from a variety of food stations e. g. Indian, noodles, however the menu doesn't change from day to day but there are subtle differences between lunch and dinner. We only used the Local Bar and Grill once and whilst good, we felt the food wasn't as good as last year on Prima; maybe we were just unlucky on the day.
Entertainment is good with excellent shows and performers so I'd recommend booking shows early to avoid disappointment.
Their daily Freestyle magazine is now optional as you can see it on the app, but whilst I understand their wish to reduce waste by producing too much paper it does seem a bit odd that you still get bombarded by flyers every day for spas, art gallery etc. etc!
All the above may seem to be nit-picking but they are minor points and I would thoroughly recommend Prima; after all nothing can be 100% perfect for everyone.
