Spent 12 nights on the seahorse and enjoyed it . ship was spotless and food good . we had good shows in the theatre . the ship was full but did not seen overcrowded . we would definitely use MSC again

MSC Seashore September 2023All arrangements by Iglu worked really well, including hotel, transfers and flights. We were booked into cabin 15218 which proved to be very noisy, being directly beneath the buffet. We could hear heavy trollies rumbling and chairs scraping until 02:30 in the morning and this started up again at 06:30 in the morning. Obviously, we asked to change cabin and were moved to a cabin on deck 14 from the 2nd night onwards; this was fine.The Guest Services desk was in the atrium area and when there was music playing, it was necessary for both the customer and the receptionist to shout loudly to be heard. Unpleasant for the customer, and a very poor working environment for the receptionist.The choice of food in the buffet was good, but we frequently couldn't find crockery, cutlery and mugs as they kept running out. Decaff coffee and hot chocolate are no longer complimentary.The entertainment was very good in Manhattan theatre and Cabaret rouge.The service in the main dining room was good, but the food was not as good as in previous MSC cruises, nor was the choice.Overall, we enjoyed the cruise but we wouldn't choose such a big noisy ship again.

I experienced lots of difficulties as a disabled person and my daughters allergies weren't always managed mainly on the excursions due to lack of communication by the excursions team. I wouldn't choose this cruise line again.The hotel we were put in before and after the cruise was not accessible, several sets of steps to get up and down. But it was a lovely hotel and friendly staff.

Ship was fantastic esp staff and crew. Food was great and excursions very good esp Dunns River in Jamaica. My only issue was that our hotel reservation for the Hotel in Miami was lost during the sale of the hotel to Viajero. However the manager was very good and supplied my party with 2 rooms for the night. The hotel is now more like a hostel for young people with a disco/ club going on to 3.00am. All I wanted was a sleep after a 9 hour flight from Uk. The hotel was fine,it is just we were the wrong clientele for what it is now offering. As a couple in their 60’s we did get some funny looks in reception. This did not spoil an excellent holiday and thank you for organising it.
