Car parking

Car parking at the port or airport is not included in the cost of your cruise, and this cannot currently be booked through Iglu Cruise. However, please contact us after you have made your booking if you would like to add this to your package, so we can discuss options. An approximate cost for parking during a cruise is around £12 to £20 per car per day. Alternatively, transfers can be arranged.

Excursions

If you would like to do any excursions/tours while docked these will be an additional charge. Excursions/tours can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package. Alternatively these can be bought while on the ship but may be more expensive than pre-booking.

Transfers (home to port)

Ship is in a poor condition throughout. Carpets split in cabin, skirting board being held in place with tape. Buffet food very poor , no real choice, Staff were good. Main resturant service was good and food ok. Msc did not police thier dinning room rules on shorts and t shirts etc. Daily ship itinerary very poor As for thier no mineral water even when on the premium drinks package . They make thier own and it is horrible. No alternative. Would not recomend msc again

The cabin was well equipped, and the bed very comfortable. The shower cubicle was very cramped, and the bathroom in general could do with refurbishment. The buffet restaurant was extremely busy and very difficult to find a clean empty table. I did not like the plastic tableware, but the quality of the food was generally very good. We preferred the waiter service restaurants, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. These were less busy and very well organised. They also had a good menu selection, the portions were fine for us but possibly on the small side for male dinners. Staff on the whole were very helpful and friendly. Our steward, Ryan, kept the cabin spotless, and our evening waiter, Arc Carolino, was polite, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. They both did a fantastic job. Evening entertainment was good, in the theatre and across the various bars. We did not do any of the organised trips, but did use the port shuttles, these were well organised but a little pricey.
