Parking

Car parking at the port or airport for the duration of your trip is not included within the price of the cruise. Port/airport parking can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add this to your package. An approximate cost for parking is between £12 - £20 per car per day. Alternatively we can arrange transfers from your home to the departure airport/port.

Transfers (home to port)

Transfers from your home to the port or airport aren't included but we can help organise coach transfers, taxis etc to make your life easier. Please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package.

Visas are not provided by us or the cruise operator. Visas and other travel documents have to be obtained by the individual passengers prior to sailing.

We had a wonderful cruise but there were a few issues that we didn’t think were handled very well. The staff were friendly, the buffet was great, the entertainment was superb (especially the silent disco) but the swimming pools and restaurant were disappointing. And we didn’t feel it was fair to automatically be charged 18% gratuity on all drinks - even if we got it from the bar ourselves!

Staff onboard made this experience great. We were treat with absolute smiles and politeness. Everything about the ship was great. Maybe just the rude Italian guests that were the majority were the only negative. Nothing that could be helped by the staff and they largely agreed with us and other English speaking nation guests… all in all MSC, great job!!!

We joined friends on MSC Divina. We found it friendly, well managed and good value for money. The cruise was absolutely full but, except for the occasional buffet scrum, this did not infringe on our enjoyment. The crew were excellent and did everything they could to make sure you had a good time.
