The MSC Bellissima is a lovely ship, a little smaller than the one we sailed on earlier this year, the Virtuosa, but still a joy to travel in. We upgraded to the Yacht Club which we feel was well worth it as the service level is that much higher, there's more peace within the club than elsewhere in the ship, the food was excellent and the use of a butler really does come into its own when leaving the ship for an excursion etc, for going to a show, in fact for doing anything on the ship as there's no queueing for anything, the butler just takes you to the front! For some strange reason I was surprised to find a large % of Japanese guests on the ship, which was stupid in hindsight, and we (English speaking) were definitely in the minority - although our Japanese fellow cruisers were extremely nice and friendly to talk to. We both felt that the food on board Bellissima was superior to the Virtuosa and the shows were much better with a good variety of real quality singers and dancers. The ultimate question would be - would we sail on Bellissima again - yes!

Went on 28 June, Beautiful ship, Yes it's noisy in buffet Restraunt, but doesn't spoil your cruise. Food in buffet was fine, but some food such as Chilli, and Pizzas which had bacon, meat was all day, but you can just get something else, but MSC need to take note. Main Restraunt was lovely, you where made too feel special and looked after well. Food choice was about 6 dishes or they would make you something, on request. West end style shows each evening which are free. We had Inside cabin for our first cruise beautiful and room service fantastic staff work hard throughout the ship, long hours, some looked tired, as they work 7 days a week 12 hour days, so give them some understanding and respect. I took a normal 2 piece suite, shirt and tie, but as long as your smart for the main restaraunt you'll be fine. Trips from ship sent really long enough i.e Pompeii, which was only 1.20 mins as we also went to Sorrento, so bear that in mind when planning your trips. Porta Fino is a must go trip. Where going on the same ship beginning of March to Dubai, so it must be good. P.S plenty of sun loungers with plenty of room, but the pool area is a busy place.

Drinks ordered via Room Service
Terms and Conditions
The brand of beer may vary overtime. The Easy Package covers all the above served in our bars, buffet and main restaurant. It does not cover the specialty restaurants and signature venues, or MSC Cruises' private island destinations.
Guests can also enjoy up to 15 alcoholic beverages within a 24-hour period with this drinks package.
Drink packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared with other guests, being valid for one drink per order. Violation of these terms may result in cancellation of a guest's package without entitlement to a refund or credit of any kind.
Packages are sold on a cruise basis and not per day or any other basis. The price applies to all days of the cruise, except the day of disembarkation. Once activated on board, packages cannot be cancelled or refunded. Packages must be booked by all guests occupying the same cabin, travelling together and wishing to dine at the same table. This includes minors, for whom the Minors Package must be booked.
If you wish to dine together you must be on the same drinks package. Regardless of which drinks package you choose, a Minors Package must be purchased for all children within the travel party. For example, if you're travelling in a group of two adults and two children, both adults must be on the same package and the children on the Minors Package.
The package is not obligatory for children under 3 years of age (i.e. who have not yet reached their third birthday). The following exclusions apply: tobacco, souvenir glasses, ice cream menus, retail items, minibar, cabin service, promotions and Signature Venues such as Venchi 1878 , Jean-Philippe Maury venues, MSC Virtuosa Starship Club, MSC World Europa Coffee Emporium, MSC World Europa Raj Polo Tea Room regardless of the price of drinks, cabin service and promotions. You must be of legal age to consume alcohol. Other terms and conditions may apply. Guests under the legal drinking age with respect to the ship's operating area are not permitted to purchase or consume alcohol. Drinks and liquor may be substituted according to availability and itinerary.
Please note, if you have purchased a drinks package after 18th December 2024 and are departing on a sailing from 1st April 2025 onwards, you will have a limit of 15 alcoholic drinks per person, per day. There is no cap on non-alcoholic drinks and you'll have the option to purchase additional alcoholic drinks. This is also applicable for MSC Yacht Club guests. However, if you have purchased your drinks package before 18th December 2024, OR your sailing is before April 1st 2025 this limit does not apply.
Please be advised that in respect to the Saudi Law, alcohol will not be served during the Calls in Saudi Arabian ports. Alcohol will be available to our guests when the ship sails in International Waters.
All MSC Cruises' pre-paid and post-paid drink packages include gratuities.
