The Le Soleal is the third addition to the sisterships, which set sail on its maiden voyage in 2013. The 264-passenger yacht inherits the luxury design and amenities of its elder sisters, with the exception of the balneotherapy area which is exclusive to Le Boreal and L'Austral.
Ponant are known for their 'French Touch' which has lead to a whole new style of luxury cruising, with various French influences including interior design by Jean Philippe Nuel, SOTHYS Paris treatments and more.
Enjoy the French cuisine in a choice of two restaurants, indulge in a treatment at the invigorating spa, relax in the spacious lounges and rest assured that the excellent crew is there to assist you.
As a private yacht-like cruise ship, the Le Soleal features less dining venues than most cruise ships which Ponant make up for by the quality of the venues and the cuisine served, accompanied by the selection of complimentary drink choices available to you.
The two restaurants are the Gastronomy Restaurant, elegantly designed and featured as the main restaurant, and the laid-back Grill Restaurant where guests can enjoy lunch buffets and themed dinners.
With Ponant, you'll find that their ships are excellently equipped for relaxation, exercise and pampering. You'll find that Ponant takes the satisfaction of their guests seriously, partnering with SOTHYS Paris for expert treatments and using L'Occitane beauty kits.
The Le Soleal's spa and fitness area, found on the aft of the Equinoxe deck, includes a state-of-the-art fitness suite, a massage area with expert treatment, a hair salon and a Hammam sauna.
The Le Soleal does not feature a balneotherapy area, and is instead replaced by the Hammam sauna and another massage area.
Choose from the two Main and Panorama Lounges to relax, gossip and engage with other guests and have the opportunity to enjoy fantastic evening performances from entertainers, as well as a boutique in the Main lounge and internet corner in the Panorama lounge.
The ship has a sizable Leisure Area with a photo station, head outside the Grill Restaurant to swim in the pool, or if the weather and authorities permit, dive into the ocean from the ship's marina. For those that want some alone time, all staterooms include a flat screen TV with videos on demand to relax to.
