Tips

If you choose the Princess Standard fare, a daily service charge of $16 - $18 per person, depending on your cabin, is added to your account at the end of the cruise. If you choose the Princess Plus or Premium fare this already covered in the cost of your cruise.

Specialty Dining

Eating at the specialty dining restaurants is extra. You can pay for meals in those restaurants onboard. Or you get unlimited specialty dining meals included with the Princess Premier fare.

Car parking

Car parking at the port or airport is not included in the cost of your cruise, and this cannot currently be booked through Iglu Cruise. However, please contact us after you have made your booking if you would like to add this to your package, so we can discuss options. An approximate cost for parking during a cruise is around £12 to £20 per car per day. Alternatively, transfers can be arranged.

Excursions

If you would like to do any excursions/tours while docked these will be an additional charge. Excursions/tours can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package. Alternatively these can be bought while on the ship but may be more expensive than pre-booking.

Transfers (home to port)

Transfers from your home to the port or airport aren't included but we can help organise coach transfers, taxis etc to make your life easier. Please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package.

Entertainment mediocre Food good but a lot was not hot seem to cater for Americans in food Staff good People vaping in adults pool area The boats to transfer us to Kotor and back in the uk it would be illegal to transport animals in that heat that we had to insure inside the boats The black man who we went to about booking another cruise was so dismissive and rude to me I walked away without booking another cruise The people serving drinks often ignored you and I had to get my own drink from the bar

Booked through iglu, which was seamless. Flew Gatwick to Rome, shuttle to hotel (60mins), day and bit there, then private taxi to port (70mins) . On the enchanted princess about 12,45. We'd done everything at home, photos, payment card etc so our medallion ( your ship payment method) was ready. Went to our cabin which was clean, big enough for two, in good condition, nice fresh decor. Then up on deck to use our drinks package ( first cruise we'd had one, great value @ £50 per person per day) Then the fun continued, great ship, wonderful staff, visited some wonderful places. Salerno, took boat ride along cost to Almafi, then went up in to the old part, had lunch, few shops. Back on the boat to the ship. Santorini, busy busy. Nice to see, beautiful white buildings with blue roofed church's. Again took boat ride, then mini bus, which dropped us at the best viewing place. Lots of people, bars, restaurants but worth a vist. Then bus back to Elfes, which was lively, shops bars etc. We queued for 90 mins to use the cable car to go back down, rather than the 600 steps €10 per person. Kuidesi, here we went on a private excursion to the ruins of ephesus Worth the drive be ware it gets hot, can be slippery under foot on the old marble. Did have some typical hard Turkish sell, took us to leather and carpet places, people bought we politely said No. Kataklon, could of gone to olmpia site/ruins. We were beat by now, so got off, walked in to the small port and shopped, gifts, clothes etc. Had a drink back on board to use our free drink packages. Rome, disembarked at 8. 50am easily off ship, collected luggage from warehouse, was picked up by our iglu transfer at 9. 25, to Rome airport.

Lovely ship great staff the dress code is much more relaxed than is suggested on their website and people had shorts and crocs on in the dining rooms on formal night - not an issue for us but would be better if they were clear what was and wasn’t acceptable or relaxed their rules officially

Princess Cruises offers both traditional dining and their flexible 'Anytime Dining'. Anytime Dining is available from 5:30 to 10 p.m. On most Princess ships the traditional dining times are as follows: Early seating is at 5:30 p.m. 1st seating is at 6 p.m. 2nd seating is at 8:15 p.m.

Princess Cruises offers a wide range of dietary options, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and low-sodium choices. Guests can notify the cruise line in advance, and the onboard dining team strives to cater to individual dietary requirements.

Cruises to and from Southampton have no specific baggage quantity limit but require each piece to weigh no more than 23kg for ease of handling. When flying to or from the ship, whether via charter or scheduled flight, luggage restrictions generally range from 20 to 23kg per person. Ensure no individual item exceeds 23kg to facilitate safe handling by the ship's crew.

Princess Cruises embraces a smart-casual approach for evenings, with occasional formal nights. Smart-casual attire includes dresses, skirts, or slacks for women, and collared shirts with dress pants for men.

Travel requirements
