In the morning, you’ll have a chance to admire the stunning natural beauty of the surrounding scenery as you’re driven from your hotel to a secluded safari camp in the desert. Then, following a short welcome and the chance to refresh yourself with traditional drinks and snacks, you’ll embark on your exhilarating ‘Dune Bashing’ experience - a thrilling ride where an expert will navigate the shifting sands of the Dubai desert with slipping, sliding, and skidding all part of the fun. Upon your return to camp, you’ll have the chance to shake the sand out of your shoes and then be given the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the rich culture of the region; traditional attire, mehndi (henna tattooing), dramatic fire shows, dazzling belly-dancing, and shisha pipe smoking will all be available alongside a dinner buffet bursting with delicious dishes drawing on local flavours and cuisines. Where applicable, transfers (primarily hotel pick up and drop off) will be shared and conducted in a 4x4 vehicle.
Entertainment Availability
During national holidays and Islamic holidays, alcohol will not be served and there will be no live entertainment available (i.e. the traditional Tanoura show and belly dancing).
In addition to this, the ‘Dune Bashing’ desert safari experience is weather dependent and may be postponed and/or cancelled due to poor weather conditions.
Primarily available in a shared shisha lounge, the shisha smoking experience is also available at a private table upon request for an additional cost.
Buffet-style Dinner Details
The food menu for the buffet-style dinner provided at the desert safari camp includes: starters, salads, mains (featuring chicken, lamb, and vegetable BBQ dishes), and desserts.
The complimentary refreshments available at the desert safari camp includes: water, soft drinks, tea, and traditional gahwa Arabic coffee. Alcoholic drinks are available to purchase separately at an additional cost.

An iconic attraction in Sydney, the Sydney Opera House is home to a variety of performances throughout the year and features unique 20th century architecture. Located on Sydney Harbour, this extraordinary building is well worth a visit to, whether you’re looking to watch a performance there or to simply explore it.

A popular attraction in Sydney is the picturesque Royal Botanic Garden. Spanning 30 hectares on Sydney Harbour, it has a wide array of plant life and boasts incredible views of the Sydney Opera House and the city's wide array of skyscrapers. Established in the early 19th century, it makes for a wonderful visit if you’re looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Sydney Harbour Bridge
Alternatively, you could reach for the sky at the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Constructed out of steel, this prominent bridge connects the central business district to the North Shore. What’s so incredible about the ‘coat hanger’ bridge, is that you can climb it and take in breathtaking views of the city and harbour!

Say goodbye to your current destination, for it’s time to head somewhere new! Flight information will be available closer to your embarkation date, but this will be when you’re hopping on a plane to continue your adventure – be that travelling somewhere new, or heading home.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks from the buffet and main dining restaurants are all included. Meals from the specialty dining restaurants are additional.
No surprises. All port fees and taxes are included in the price.
Extras
Included with meals are some soft drinks, teas and coffees but the majority of drinks are extra. If you want alcoholic drinks you have three options. You can buy drinks at the bar. You can buy a drinks package (see below). Or upgrade to the Princess Plus or Premier fares. They include a drinks package plus other packages for less than the cost of the drinks package on its own.

To browse the internet on board you have three options. You can pay-as-go, buy a wi-fi package (see below) or upgrade to the Princess Plus or Premier fares where a wi-fi package is included.
Eating at the specialty dining restaurants is extra. You can pay for meals in those restaurants onboard. Or you get unlimited specialty dining meals included with the Princess Premier fare.
If you choose the Princess Standard fare, a daily service charge of $16 - $18 per person, depending on your cabin, is added to your account at the end of the cruise. If you choose the Princess Plus or Premium fare this already covered in the cost of your cruise.
If you would like to do any excursions/tours while docked these will be an additional charge. Excursions/tours can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package. Alternatively these can be bought while on the ship but may be more expensive than pre-booking.

Car parking at the port or airport for the duration of your trip is not included within the price of the cruise. Port/airport parking can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add this to your package. An approximate cost for parking is between £12 - £20 per car per day. Alternatively we can arrange transfers from your home to the departure airport/port.
Transfers from your home to the port or airport aren't included but we can help organise coach transfers, taxis etc to make your life easier. Please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package.
Visas are not provided by us or the cruise operator. Visas and other travel documents have to be obtained by the individual passengers prior to sailing.
