It’s important, though, that you inform the company directly of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking – or, at least 60 days prior to travel – to ensure appropriate meal arrangements are made.
It’s also recommended that you complete a Rocky Mountaineer Food Allergy Form, and then send that form to your travel professional or Rocky Mountaineer directly, if you suffer from any food allergies.
Accessibility
Rocky Mountaineer is committed to making its trains as accessible as possible, but there are some limitations you need to be aware of if you’re a wheelchair user or someone with mobility issues.

While the Rocky Mountaineer trains are designed to be accessible, the availability of certain features or services may vary depending on your individual situation.
For passengers who can transfer from a wheelchair to a seat, with mild mobility issues, a hydraulic lift will be available to transfer you onto the train in your own wheelchair – which must be 23-inches (or less) wide. Then, you will be transferred to a 15-inch-wide wheelchair onboard, which will allow you to navigate the aisles in the railcar freely.
And, for passengers using wheelchairs full-time, Rocky Mountaineer can accommodate using tie-downs; however, there are a limited number of coaches with tie-down features and their availability may limit the travel dates available to you.

To make your journey seamless, gratuities for your Onboard Hosts and culinary team members have already been included in your package price.

Just spent an amazing 19 days on an amazing Asian adventure! The whole thing was magical from start to finish!
We visited some fabulous places- Halong Bay is a must in Vietnam. The elephant sanctuary in Koh Samui was a never to forget moment with such gracious creatures. Gardens by the Bay in Singapore was stunning. The Botancial gardens & orchid gardens are a definite must to visit- stunning displays! Eating with the locals in Hong Kong was delicious.
Celebrity Solstice was a very friendly ship with staff that were very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. We had an obstructed cabin - with no obstruction- marvellous! The food onboard was a delicious varied menu. The waiters each evening were a delight and looked after us very well. A big shout out to Rouwl & Riaz. The martini bar was a huge entertainment zone each evening. The BBC as we named then - Bali boys club were a delight. They gave great service whilst entertaining us all with their tricks! The sunset bar was a fabulous spot and a shout out to Sharlene & Dwi- they looked after us well and we had some lovely chats with them. The entertainment in the theatre was excellent, singers, magic and dancing! All in all the best holiday ever!!!!

All fine other that incident where cupboard door 'held on with gaffa' tape came away from the cupboard. It was over the bed and I am not sure who thought replacing a hinge with tape was acceptable. Had we been in bed it could have caused a nasty injury.

Our third Celebrity cruise but the first for a few years. We enjoyed the whole experince so much that we have already booked a further two cruises with Celebrity, one of which will be on the newly refurbished Solstice. The service, the food, the whole ambience onboard was wonderful. Yes, you could tell that the ship needed a bit of TLC, but we knew beforehand that she was due for a refit. The itinerary is challenging as the major cities are miles away from the ports where you dock but you just need to be aware of this and go to bed early!

It’s also recommended that you complete a Rocky Mountaineer Food Allergy Form, and then send that form to your travel professional or Rocky Mountaineer directly, if you suffer from any food allergies.
Accessibility

Then, you will be transferred to a 15-inch-wide wheelchair onboard, which will allow you to navigate the aisles in the railcar freely.
And, for passengers using wheelchairs full-time, Rocky Mountaineer can accommodate using tie-downs; however, there are a limited number of coaches with tie-down features and their availability may limit the travel dates available to you.

Drink Packages are active the moment you step on board.
Your package can be used in the Main Restaurant, specialty restaurants, casual dining restaurants, and all bars and lounges. Drink Packages purchased onboard or on Cruise Planner will be active at Labadee or CocoCay. Room service and minibar are not included.
If a guest orders a drink that exceeds the maximum value of their respective drinks package, they will be charged for the difference plus a 20% gratuity charge.
You can only order one drink at a time with each Drink Package. All packages are for single-guest use and cannot be shared by multiple people. Additional drinks ordered will be charged at current bar prices.
There is no daily limit for drinks with Celebrity Cruises Drink Packages.
Prices for drinks onboard vary depending on what you order. Please note that prices are subject to change and can vary by ship and sail date.
A 20% service charge will be added to all drink page prices at checkout. Package prices may reflect an additional tax for certain ports or itineraries.
Orders can be cancelled through Cruise Planner up to 2 days before the sail date and are 100% refundable. Once onboard, refunds will be credited to the guest's account. Any partially consumed portion of the package will be charged at full price.
Drink Packages are available on most 2+ day sailings except for 2- or 3-day sailings from Southampton, England, as well as all Galapagos sailings.
