  • Mt. Fuji with Bullet Train Tour - Tokyo - Enjoy a day of taking in the different views of Mt. Fuji. First, you will travel to the Hakone Sky Gondola for a ride over the Owakudani Valley, where you will see sulphur fields, as well as views out to Lake Ashinoko and Mt. Fuji. You will enjoy a short stop in Owakudani before moving onto Lake Ashi for a cruise. This lake, formed by a volcanic eruption 3,000 years ago is set with Mt. Fuji as the backdrop. With most of the shores not particularly developed, you can enjoy some beautiful scenery and mountain views. This is followed by the Shinkansen (Bullet train) back to Tokyo, where the tour completes at Odawara station where you are free to continue exploring, or travel back to the hotel if you wish.
  • Kyoto Temples & Spring Blossoms Tour - Osaka Port - Explore the World Heritage Site, Tenryuji Temple where there are approximately 200 Cherry Blossom trees. Built in 1339 by Ashikaga Takauji, the ruling shogan at the time who dedicated the temple to the deceased Emperor Go-Daigo. This was Takauji's way of appeasing the former emperor's spirits after the two had turned from allies to enemies. After lunch at a local restaurant, head to Heian Shrine in the hope of seeing the 300 Cherry Blossom trees in bloom (sighting can never be guaranteed). The shrine itself dates back just over 100 years ago to 1895 and is dedicated to the spirits of the last and first emperors who reigned from the city. Kyoto's former name was Heian.
  • Miyajima Spring Blossoms Tour - Hiroshima Port - Miyajima is a small island in Hiroshima's Bay, and is a good place to try and spot the beautiful Sakura (Cherry Blossom) in the springtime (please note sighting can never be guaranteed) as there are over 2,000 trees scattered over the island. This will lead onto a visit to Miyajima's Itsukushima Shrine, best known for the iconic Torii gate which appears to be 'floating' in the water. It is also a good spot for Cherry Blossom viewing, with a row of blossom trees lining the path to the shrine.
