This was our first ever cruise and what an amazing time we had! We treated ourselves for our 30th Birthday and it was well worth it! We had a room with a window which suited us just fine. Our room attendant Waldy was so friendly and genuinely put a smile on our face every day, to the point where we were a little sad not to see him on his day off.
We had the basic drinks package, any drink on the menu up to the value of $10. We do sort of wish we had gone premium now as there were alot of drinks we couldn't have. However, the bar tenders are amazing, they asked us what kind of cocktails we liked and would make us something to the value of our package. A special shoutout to Jeff for making me his speciality, which I then drank most evenings during the theatre shows.
Onto the shows, first of all our cruise director Alejandro was amazing. He would introduce the shows with incredible charisma and humour. What a Showman! He was also great value when involved in the entertainment throughout the day. The shows themselves were incredible. For us the acrobatic performers blew us away every time, jaw dropping stuff. Our favourite performances were always the ones involving the onboard actors and dancers. But the other shows were great too!
The entertainment team made this holiday so much fun. My wife and I love getting involved and there was so much to do all the time! We were in our element, a huge thank you to all the team! Andre, Alexa, Lais, Matt, I am sure there are names I have forgot, but these guys were amazing and took our experience to a whole other level!
You are spoilt for choice for food on this ship, the standard restaurants are of a decent quality. However, Le Petit Chef and the Steak Restaurant were great highlights for us! Some of the other places looked great too. On one day the buffet was INCRDIBLE! I'm talking Lobster, Crab claws, succulent meats. A real treat and it looked beautifully presented as well!
We couldn't recommend this ship more if we tried! 10/10....5 stars!

Excellent service from Iglu. Will definitely use again and recommend iglu.
A flight booking reference would have been helpful / is necessary as we had nothing to refer to for Easyjet staff to check us in so it gave them extra work and took time to locate us.
We did not take any excursions and N/A was not an option on your feedback
Everything else excellent.
Having done 30+ cruises are finding gratuities @ $18 pppd plus 20% on every drink and special restaurants charging $85 plus 20% gratuities is spoiling the cruise experience/starting to feel ripped off. This is not down to Iglu but there was no opportunity to feed this back on Celebrity feedback form. We know this is not just Celebrity.
Do Iglu have a feedback channel to pass this back to Celebrity.
Thank you Iglu for great service.
