Ship Facilities

Dining onboard Carnival Elation can be an experience just as adventurous as the destinations you get to visit. Boasting cuisine from around the world and a mix of casual and more formal eateries, you’ll be spoilt for choice all throughout your cruise. There’s even room service for those who feel a little too relaxed to leave their room.

Complimentary dining

Inspiration Restaurant and Imagination Restaurant are the two main dining rooms on the ship, the latter being for those with flexible dining. Dinner involves starters through to desserts and the whole experience is enhanced by entertainment in the form of singing and dancing waiters. If you’d prefer buffet-style dining and the opportunity to fill up one plate after another, look no further than Tiffany’s Restaurant, offering everything from comfort food to fresh salads and rich chocolate desserts. The food stations even have a late-night opening, perfect for all the midnight snackers out there!

For family favourites and delicious comfort foods, head to Guy’s Burger Joint and enjoy your dinner by the pool, grab a slice of pizza to go from Pizza Pirate or get a taste of fresh Mexican flavours at BlueIguana Cantina.

Speciality dining

If you’re willing to pay a little extra, Carnival Elation has some excellent speciality restaurants. Sushi at Sea is ideal for those who fancy some light Japanese dining, while The Chef’s Table is the ultimate foodie experience. Take a tour around the ship’s galley, followed by a carefully curated three-course menu that you won’t find anywhere else on the cruise.

Guests will be delighted to learn that some of Carnival’s most popular events make an appearance on Carnival Elation, including the all-singing all-dancing Playlist Productions and Hasbro, The Game Show. Busy throughout the day, the Casablanca Casino really comes into its own at night, with scores of guests hoping to hit the jackpot with the table games and slot machines. In addition, if you’ve got still got enough energy after a busy day exploring, the Jekyll & Hyde Nightclub will keep the party going until the early hours.

For a more laid-back evening with some live music or a trivia night, check out one of the many bars and lounges on the ship. Atrium Bar- grab a drink here and watch the world go by at this little bar at the heart of the ship.

  • Duke’s Piano Bar- guests can enjoy their drinks as they listen to live piano music.
  • Cole Porter Club- taking its inspiration from a 1970s lounge, this bar is a great place to catch a comedy show.
  • Drama Bar- comfy seating and an extensive drinks menu.
  • Romeo & Juliet Lounge- as the name suggests, this is the perfect spot for a romantic date night.
  • BlueIguana Tequila Bar- even if you don’t fancy a tequila, there’s plenty of other cocktails and beers on offer here.
  • RedFrog Rum Bar- bringing the Caribbean island vibe onboard, pick a rum-inspired drink, kick back and relax.

No matter how you choose to spend your cruise, Carnival Elation has a whole host of activities with something suited to guests of every age. Whether you’re looking to relax and unwind at the spa, top up your tan next to the pool or get active in a bit of friendly competition, what’s guaranteed is that you’ll never be at a loss for something to do.
