The Ship had 3100 passengers and we think it was at full capacity. We have been on quite a few cruises with different lines and ships and we have to say this was one of the best. The food, menu choices and service were excellent. The entertainment in the Theatre was superb with most of the performers having a stand up ovation at the end. There was also plenty to do on sea days The only downside was the cabin. However, we did have the cheapest so it could be said that we got what we paid for. The cabin had two bunk beds extra which obstructed our entry into the bed. The electric plugs were too far from the pillow so I had to have an extension cable for my sleep machine. The bedside table had two American plugs side by side, but were in effect only one as two adapters would not fit. There was an American plug in the bathroom so we could charge a mobile phone.

The service for Full Suite guests has been downgraded. No coffee or tea in the cabin. Bottled water limited to two small bottles, if you want more you have to pay. Concierge service removed. The Guest Services supervisor is meant to be a replacement, but they didn't even make contact. No contact available for the cabin attendant, you have to ring Guest Services who don't answer the phone. Getting Wifi onto your device a complete nightmare. You now have to pay for Medallion service delivery. I could go on. I expect much better and have cancelled my next Princess cruise.

An amazing ship - it's not new and shiny but the staff and the culture of 'we are family' makes up for all of it. The Caribbean islands and central American countries were amazing locations.

A brilliant itinerary around central America and the Caribbean with Panama a real highlight. The ship was pretty good although perhaps a little tired around the edges. The staff were lovely and the food good.

Princess Cruises offers both traditional dining and their flexible 'Anytime Dining'. Anytime Dining is available from 5:30 to 10 p.m. On most Princess ships the traditional dining times are as follows: Early seating is at 5:30 p.m. 1st seating is at 6 p.m. 2nd seating is at 8:15 p.m.

Princess Cruises offers a wide range of dietary options, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and low-sodium choices. Guests can notify the cruise line in advance, and the onboard dining team strives to cater to individual dietary requirements.

Cruises to and from Southampton have no specific baggage quantity limit but require each piece to weigh no more than 23kg for ease of handling. When flying to or from the ship, whether via charter or scheduled flight, luggage restrictions generally range from 20 to 23kg per person. Ensure no individual item exceeds 23kg to facilitate safe handling by the ship's crew.

Princess Cruises embraces a smart-casual approach for evenings, with occasional formal nights. Smart-casual attire includes dresses, skirts, or slacks for women, and collared shirts with dress pants for men.

Iglu Cruise has a team in place to provide necessary assistance to make your holiday run smoothly. If anyone in your party requires medical or mobility assistance, notify your Cruise Specialist at the time of booking or as soon as possible if circumstances change after booking. The Special Assistance Team will email a form 6-8 weeks before departure, which must be completed and returned.

Travel requirements

All passengers (including all children), should hold their own full 10-year (5 years for children) British Citizen (GBR) passport. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months past your expected return date to the UK, as this is often a criteria for entry to certain countries.

Princess Cruises strongly recommends that all guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected events that could disrupt their travel plans, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, or travel delays.
