Beautiful ship, the decor has been updated well. Crew, Stewards waiting on staff were excellent, always acknowledging you with a big smile and greeting in passing. Excellent port choice. Entertainment was a bit hit and miss having some excellent acts whilst others were somewhat lacking. By far the best entertainment was the crew show whom received a standing ovation. Cabin bedding was a bit worn out which was a disappointment at not up to standard. Overall a memorable cruise and would book with fred olden again

Old ship poor entertainment, food good, staff brilliant, best show was the staff night. Had good price deal, would not have been happy if I had paid full price. Very dated ship

The food was really good. Plenty of choice. All the staff went out there way to help. Entertainment was really good every night. The Balmoral was very clean. Staff always cleaning. Our cabin was very spacious and the house keeper kept our room lovely. The only down side was a small bottle of water in the cabin was £3. I thought it would be included in the cabin.
