We really enjoyed our cruise on Azamara Journey - far, far better than a Silversea Caribbean cruise in February! All staff were incredibly friendly, ship luxurious and food fabulous. Entertainment was very good - well done Deuces! We did not do any of the Azamara excursions. Many seemed rather uninteresting and all were greatly overpriced. Overall, it seemed as if everyone on board was happy and having fun. We loved it _ thank you.
Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience - the destinations were all wonderful, the staff and service aboard the Azamara Quest ship was exemplary. We were in a balcony cabin on deck 7 I took over 1000 photos - I've posted a few taken while on board as several destinations. The cruise was full, yet we felt relaxed and cared for on board by every department. We thoroughly enjoyed eating in all the restaurants and drinking in the cafe and bars. The Sea Day Brunch was especially delicious. I have to say Iglu also arranged excellent pre and post cruise hotels (Barcelona & Venice) and the taxis Iglu arranged between the hotels/airports/ship all turned up as arranged.
Amazing experience in a Continental Suite - super comfortable and the increase in space was worth it. The food in Acquilina was very very good. The only Negative comment is that the service on the rear of the cafe in the evening was very poor. On a warm evening it is a wonderful place to have dinner but we repeatedly had to ask for drinks and the waiters attitude was not good. Not enough waiters there.
