This was our third Virgin Voyage, first time on this ship. There have been a few changes with this new ship, such as more comfortable chairs at The Dock Bar area and later opening for the coffee bar in The Galley Restaurant which we found beneficial. The food was good, at times we felt a little rushed in the restaurants, however when we asked for a delay in serving the next course it was never an issue. We really enjoyed the cruise, sea days were very relaxing, and we did not have any issues getting a sun bed. Miami Port is under construction, the roads were very busy and there were around 8 ships in port so you need to give yourself plenty of time when travelling to the port. We stayed at the Pullman Miami Airport hotel, it was fine for the night.

This was the second time we have travelled on Valiant Lady. We enjoyed the general ambience of the ship and the quirkiness of what Virgin offered. The staff were excellent, as we remembered and nothing was too much for them.
