While the staff were excellent, the ship is tired, the casino is too crowded and full of smoke.
Wow what a fabulous cruise! The staff are truly wonderful, including the directors and captain. The food and entertainment were great. We loved this ship . . easy to navigate and had a wealth of bars, activities and dining options.
Excellent cruise experience. I highly recommend Symphony of the seas. The entertainment is vibrant and engaging. The aesthetics is breath taking. The staff go beyond their way to make everyone feel happy.
