Not up to the standard expected, only on par with P&O or Marella or even a bit below

Just spent Christmas & New Year on the Queen Anne. It was amazing. The ship is beautiful and the Christmas decorations were superb. Food and service in Britannia were first class. Great shows and insight lectures. Would definitely recommend and hope to do the same cruise again next year!

We found the whole ship very cold and couldn't get warm! Having been on many cruise lines found the food lacking. Men particularly found the portions in the restaurants small and the service was very slow!
