Great service by happy staff. Couldn't do enough for you. Relaxed, not overcrowded, no queues. Slick embarkation and disembarkation. No complaints.
October 2026 Tokyo stay and cruising Japan. The Dimond princess did not disappoint. From embarkation to disembarkation and all in between every need was met. The customer service team excellent. Resturant team - naming Susan and Jude in the international took great care of us all. The bar tenders in all the bars - naming Benzal in the high spirits bar great friendly service. And our cabin crew level C our chap was D. He was amazing nothing was too much trouble and he had covered everything before you knew you needed it!!! The entertainment team were fantastic the shows were incredible and every day you were treated with kindness consideration and care. The ship was spotless the food was fantastic and the operation ran like a fine oiled machine. Credit to them all
The Enchanted Princess is a lovely Ship. Plenty of facilities really lovely ship. The only thing that let it down this year was some of food. Sometimes lukewarm. Not as many choices as we have before. Did enjoy the cruise though and would go on enchanted again. Staff where very friendly and helpful.
