Being my first cruise, I have nothing to compare to however the ship was brand new and in immaculate condition. The cabin was as expected in terms of size, however modern, plenty of storage for a 7 day cruise and very clean. The crew are incredibly polite and efficient. Our stewardess was very friendly and did a great job. There were a lot of entertainment options on board and the cruise director Cole is very good and funny. The itinerary was great. We had 4 port days and 2 sea days which was a really good split and found plenty to do and eat off and on shore. Overall a great experience and would cruise again.
We had a fantastic 7-day cruise with family from South Africa on the Enchanted Princess. The destinations - Corfu, Dubrovnik, Kotor and Naples - that we visited were absolutely amazing. The entertainment and friendliness of the staff was top draw stuff. The professionalism of all performers was amazing to see and experience. The only negative point that we all agreed on is that the bar service around the pool areas could be slow at times often caused by a lack of an orderly queue. An example of were the queuing process worked was the Princess Live bar where there was a clear queuing order. The drinks package options should also be reviewed to provide additional options for non-alcohol drinkers to also WiFi.
We were well looked after. Our Stateroom was excellent. Loved the large balcony, walk in wardrobe and shower and even the movement sensor lights in the bedside cabinets (cabin D222). The onboard atmosphere was very friendly. There was plenty to do although could definitely do with more seating around the plaza. The itinerary was brilliant although it was disappointing that couldn’t dock at Edinburgh and so missed out on what would have been a highlight… but safety first. Good mix of cities and village ports. Loved our cruise. Pity the cost is a huge limiting factor in being able to book Princess Cruises more often.
Cabin was excellent, our stewardess Mildred couldnt do enough for use. Food was excellent , i would give it 6 stars. Excursions very expensive and would advise arranging seperately before you go.
